1 because I ordered 3 pizzas at 1: 36pm and no one answered any phone calls and didn’t get it delivered. I was never hoping that from this company. It’s worst

Prompt delivery.although last time, chips were a little cold and pizza although topped well also not so hot

D depressing, grubby store with unhelpful staff who clearly hate their customers and their jobs.

I've only ever ordered from the budget range pick up during lunch & I've always had friendly efficient staff serve me & i honestly can't say anything bad about the pizzas. I know there's going to be some negative comments out there but its been good for me so far.

Their phone doesn't work and theyre obviously to cheap to get it it fixed so I'll find another place

I used the Domino's App to Purchase a Pizza for my 6 yo Son as a treat

The Normal Store that I use is Mawson Lakes - Which is the Store which I used for this Order

I placed the Order and was Charged Accordingly

The I get a Message telling me that my Order Cannot be Fulfilled

I go online, get the Number for Mawson Lakes - (08) 8193 6620

When you call that number it goes to Elizabeth, they tell me Mawson Lakes is Closed

But they are the same Franchise, which is why the call is Directed to them

So I tell them what happened and they tell me I can go to the App and Change it to Elizabeth and Order another Pizza!

I tell them I have already Ordered and Been Charged for my Pizza, I am not Paying it again

They try to tell me that's Mawson Lakes, so I have to Order it through them

I repeat that "they just told me that they were the same franchise", so I will not order again, I will be happy to drive to Elizabeth and pick up the Pizza I have already paid for

The guys Hangs up on me

So I call back and get another person, go through the whole story again

He refuses, again confirms that they are the same Franchise, but will not honour the Pizza

The app allows you to purchase from a closed store and no one will help you - They Steal your Money then tell you they can't help

Terrible, never received the order at all. Called 1.5hrs later and pizzas still not even made or cooked. Ruined the night, do not order from here.

I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Wrong sauce on one pizza and missing a sauce on the other. Staff are rude and arrogant. Staff also eating while wandering through the store- even over the top of orders they were working on. Disgusting. A real health and safety concern.

I'd hate to work here, a lot of sketchy people in this area

It sorta depends who's working I think. Sometimes I'm happy with the product I get.bit then sometimes I wish I didn't waste my money nor time. Wish it was more consistent

Orders a vegetarian pizza, found a piece of meat which looked like beef. It completely threw off our appetite. If it’s labelled as vegetarian, then let it be vegetarian.

Sad I’m giving a 1 star review but have placed 3 orders over 2 weeks and 1 was the wrong pizza, second arrived crushed and looked like it was carried sideways and the last was cold. The store was fairly rude and not helpful about it and couldn’t offer a replacement.

Better than most of the other dominoes sites in the Northern suburbs. Worth going to this one if it's not too far from you.

The $5 pizza is a good deal at lunchtime. Surprisingly cheaper than a good pie.
Have to say its run by indians and the background talk is indian.

Great store friendly staff clean shop store is set up so you can see your pizza being made really like that I've always had good experiences with my ordering and home delivery have only ever had one time when my order was muddled up in 15 years

$43 SHOULD buy you some pretty good pizza, and a decent quantity. We recieved 3 VERY small pizzas that were not great to be honest. Gourmet prices for very average/bland pizza unfortunately, and we were still hungry! = (

Not so good as ordered a thin based pizza with a crusty edge like i had bought in a few days earlier while in Toowoomba Qld and all i got was a disgusting soggy pizza and yet they also advertised what i ordered, haven't been back since but friends have had the same experience with horrible soggy pizza's in the past months and say the same as i say about never buying from there again

2 wrong pizzas. Then they bring 1 replacement with BBQ sauce. Which I don't eat. $48.00 fukn wasted. Never again. Little Joey's is better than this, bigtime.
$48 is too rich for 2 lg.pizzas.

Not much topping, very sparsely spread. Cheese is very white? Not really happy with the product.

Ordered online, just to be bombarded with adds to finish my order. Im ordering pizza, im not looking to change my electric provider or buy into other rubbish online!
Got a call to say my order was ready early. WALKED to the store 5 mins away. Order wasnt ready.
Was ignored by staff when I walked in. 5 mins later my pizza came out of the oven. NOT GOOD HAVING A COUNTDOWN TIMER AT THE FRONT OF THE SHOP WHILE STUFFING AROUND CUSTOMERS!
This will be my final order from Dominos.
