Domino's Pizza Elizabeth South

No toppings. Cheese pizza was 90% sauce with little to no cheese. What cheese that was there was under cooked. When you can see individual cheese pieces it’s not a good sign. Definitely looks like the store is scrimping on toppings to make money. Not a good look for the Domino’s brand. Will never order from this store again. Stay away!

I kept wanting 30 mints then i try to call store no one answered the call and try to check on App it’s showing processing and processing
No come to delivered pizza have to sept hungry

Next day I give them a call and Guy Said Oh next time we ask staff to give customer call before cancel! Seriously!

2 HOURS FOR DELIVERY CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE DRIVERS CALLED IN SICK LAST MINUTE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Would put zero stars if I could not even offered a refund/discount or a free item for the long wait absolutely nothing disgusting and appalling service didn’t even bother to contact me and tell me about the wait time ridiculous 2 hours for a pizza that’s located 10 minutes drive from my house

VERY BAD SERVICE! I placed my order online through dominos app and after 15 mins one of the staff girl rang me and said very rudely that suddenly the pizza oven is not working and hung up

Wow this place has taken dive in the last 7 months or so! Use to be decent, not anymore! Hygiene, severe lack of toppings & a lazy approach.and clean your delivery vehicles parked out the front they're the 1st things we look at upon entering the shop! Gave this place 5 stars 2yrs ago.not now! How about honouring the junk mail & ads we see on TV by actually making a pizza that resembles the pretty pictures. Lies! However Mawson Lakes is quite good. No wonder the Northern suburbs has a bad reputation!

Preordered $300 worth of pizzas for a staff lunch. Pizzas arrived almost an hour late. Phoned twice first told left 5 minutes ago, still had not arrived 20 minutes later, phoned again and told they were busy and orders had been placed before mine. When told they were ordered 2 days beforehand no comment! No apology or offer of money back. Pizzas arrived after lunch. Extremely poor service.

The place is unhygienic, just look at the front of house. The point of sale area is disgusting. Just imagine what it is like behind the counter. Is there a manager in this establishment? If yes they need to be trained or fired…WTF

Last Friday waited over 2 hours. Then this Friday it looks like someone has has used the pizzas as frisbee and cold I threw half of it away. I guess that's what I get for complaining last week about waiting over 2 hours. Never again goodbye back to Roman's for me

Ask for vegan cheese and they put dairy cheese as they are out of vegan cheese. How dumb are you guys seriously? !

Pizza's are ok for the price. If you are looking for takeaway on a budget, then this is a good choice.

Ordered pizza for lunch after checking opening hours 11am till 11pm on Wednesday's. Still waiting for pizza. Called 4 times no answer or explanation.

If you want rubber tasteless pizza you go to Domino's. Sadly kids wanted it and local shops were closed.

Waited 20 minutes for pizza only to get wrong order. Hygiene not the best lots of touching faces, no one knew what to do awful experience

Have to admit that it's the best Domino's stores in the North. Hot steamy pizzas, cold drinks and good delivery timing.

Depends who is working I have gathered.each night the pizzas are different. Still a massive fan of the cheesy crust!

On time and hot but wrong ingredients. I presume they were substituted. Ruined the pizza. Plus a mouthful of anchovy (not an ingredient on that type of pizza, dirty utensils or slack standards?) Not buying anything from here again. Second time I've had a similar experience with this bunch. Once yes, possibly an error, twice, no.

The pizzas 3 that I took home were a tasty treat that sure did beat cooking a meal again! Although there was a wee bit of drama with the types and sizes and toppings and this cost me an extra 10 minutes waiting they threw me a cold bottle of fizzy drink. Plenty of those who ballz up but never try to make amends in any way! A 2lt bottle of fiz calmed my head! Cheers Domino's Elizabeth South.

My pizza today was so good,
Lots of toppings and ready on time.
Very hot even after a short drive home.
Service was good, I'll be back lol

Ordered tonight, 3 pizzas, garlic bread and a drink. All cooked beautifully. Garlic bread is my favourite

Workers were standing around chatting and didn't even look up when I entered the store. Had to wait several minutes till they bothered to serve me. The garlic bread we ordered was still frozen in the middle and one of the pizzas was very undercooked. One of the pizzas was alright though.
