If I could rate this store 0 stars I honestly would.
I ordered 3 pizzas tonight, and 2 of them and had ingredients mixed up between 2 pizzas and one of the bases was very doughy.
I called the store to let them know what had been mixed up and they said they would remake them and it would take around 30 minutes (frustrating as I'm 5 mins away).

Anyways I waited 35 minutes and the pizzas were delivered, only to find out they had STILL messed up the pizzas, as 2 of the 3 we're missing ingredients.
When I called to let them know this the young girl I spoke with was very sarcastic about my complaint and honestly didn't seem to care at all.
I also let her know that the pineapple is almost always missing from supreme pizza (as was one of the issues tonight) so they might wanna look into it. Her answer was that different people work every night and there isn't much pineapple on supreme pizzas anyways so it shouldnt matter. (Rude)

She started asking for my card information over the phone to process a refund for the 2 incorrect pizzas only to stop halfway and say it needs to be processed by head office. I asked if she was sure it would be processed without needing any other info as she didn't seem very sure herself and she said of course and almost laughingly told me to have a nice day.

I was shocked at the level of sarcasam, and so was my family as I had her on loudspeaker, so rung back to the store to make a complaint about the girls attitude and handling of the situation.
Unfortunately I was only met with a young man who said he didn't see an issue as he heard her on the phone and thought her attitude was fine by him.

Honestly the worst food and customer experience I have ever received and has 100% lost my families business.

Waited over two hours for a pizza a while back, and now I've waited the same again but now the store has been closed for over an hour and my pizza still says ready in store.

Ordered over Uber Eats, hours later there was no delivery. During this time I called the restaurant but they were closed. Two days later, we found a pizza left outside the gate with ants all over it!

To the millennials that thing ringing is called a ph, some humans still use these to communicate and place orders for pizza! I know your $15/hr doesn’t inspire you to give a sh-t, but I’m hungry and want my cheap pizza now.

Placed pick-up order online then realised I put the wrong pick-up time. Called the shop to change order time, no worries the guy said.

Arrived on time to be told there was an issue with my order shouldn’t be too long. Wait and see multiple pizzas and orders be collected. Ask again after ten minutes to be told my order has to be remade. Fine wait another ten minutes and same see numerous pizzas coming out the oven and orders being collected.

Finally crack it and ask for a refund after 20 minutes. Girl then runs back grabs some pizzas and tells me my order has been sitting there the whole time and I must not have heard my name being called out! Fine grab pizzas walk out frustrated. Thought that would be the end of it.

Get home discover one of the pizzas is still wrong! Won’t be coming back here anytime soon!

On 28/4/19 I ordered pizza from Dominos in Blackwood S. A.to the value of $37.89 and charged it to my credit card. 45 minutes after the estimated delivery time I rang the store who said my pizza was still waiting to be delivered. It had been sitting there all that time. Yum. I cancelled my order and was told my credit card would be reimbursed. Surprise, surprise one week later and still nothing. Had to give one star as this rating format doesn't allow zero stars.

Didn't get food poisoning (happened at pultney dominoes), staff were very friendly and made my pizza two mins quicker than the timer

Pizza's still haven't really improved. Mostly use the offers now for Churro's which are not bad when you want a quick close choc fix.

Ordered via phone and by the time I drove there (about 5 to 10 minutes), it was ready. Staff were very relaxed and friendly. Got home and opened the pizza to find a funny joke on the inside of the box that the staff must have written in there! Was good for a laugh and made my night!:)

Might not be challenging for greatest pizza on Earth but the quality is still way up there, and at the price point you just can't go wrong. Polite and friendly staff also give it an edge so definitely recommend this one.

Just went there to complain about the pizza I get last night which had something really hard to chew like stones but the guy I guess who was in charge was just not ready to listen. Another staff member was fine and understood the situation. Though I didn't ask for any refund or anything was just complaining so that they can be careful next time now I think I should have ask for refund.
