Domino's Pizza Blackwood

We have ordered from this store previously and it has been fine - with the exception of tonight. Placed an order online, hadn't received it within an hour, phoned them up only to be informed that they didn't have time to deliver the pizza by close (it had been placed just before 8.30pm). No phone call from them to advise us of this. Just a shrug off and a pitiful sorry and that is it. So 9.45pm, hungry and we have nothing. And we haven't received a refund yet.

Came to order at 7: 15pm on a saturday night, tried ringing 4 times to order a pizza which has modifications not available on the app for a picky autistic child. When arrived at the store to order in person, was told they did not have time to serve me and to order on the app. When told that was not possible, was told that they could not help. This is the 3rd bad service i have experienced at this store in the last month. This is not being inclusive for children with these kinds of needs as this child has a current fixation on this food and will refuse to eat anything else.

Tried to order just after 5pm and was told shifts were changing and unable to order for 20 minutes and to call back! Order from here regularly and never had issues before.

Got a free pizza voucher as last delivery was late so we thought we’d try again. Same again. Ordered 40mins ahead of preferred delivery time and the order arrived 20mins late and barely warm. Enough. Do not use Blackwood Domino store!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. You can stand in the store to pick up your order, have three staff look at you and completely ignore your existence. The pizza is consistently hit or miss too

“Emil”, hope correct spelling…… above and beyond mate, took order/delivered to older resident with no power despite not being able to take cc payment/trust, he rang today for payment - THAT my friends is community right there! ️

VERY fast service. I’ve ordered from here many times and it takes only 10 minutes for pickup and 20 for delivery. Huge amount of options for pizzas. I usually get the mega meat lovers or the pepperoni pizza. Pizza price can range from $5-25 or even higher depending on if you add stuff or go with the premium pizzas. My pepperoni with cheese crust was $8.50.

12 minute wait. Progress of your order monitored on tv screen on the wall. Can watch the pizzas being made. Noted that strict quality control resulted in some pizzas being rejected and remade. Customers offered extra drinks while being remade.

Pizzas need to not be absolutely nuked till they’re burnt black and drivers need to A.not squeal their tyres/speed in dead end streets (or any) and B.put air in their tyres <3 look after your cars and drive them responsibly, there’s other people on the road too, and you’re displaying your business in case you forgot.

Disappointed with the increased price and reduced variety in the $5 menu. Polite staff but the pizza is a bit hit and miss.

I eat here regularly, because this dominos seems to have the most consistently well made pizzas, with that being said - they do slip up about 20% of the time. When they do slip up, it is either due to a untrained staff member or someone who just doesn't care. The bad pizzas i've received are very scarce in toppings. Tonight I received a pepperoni pizza with almost no cheese, very scarce meat and too much bread due to the toppings not reaching anywhere near where they should. I will keep buying occasionally, but the staff need to be trained properly. There can never be too much cheese, but too little and it's am absolute disaster.

Wesley the delivery driver was legendary. Very fast and professional. Best delivery driver I've ever had! The food was just okay.

We ordered 2 pizzas and they were quite nice, just a shame they were not what we ordered. We couldn't really identify what they should have been between the order receipt and the pics on the website, but definitely no prawns in sight! It seems the ingredients were all mixed up over the 2 pizzas. Tasty enough, but we won't bother again.

Poor customer service! Don’t bother. Delivery to the wrong suburb, same street just didn’t bother to check the correct location. Called up and was not helpful. Was argumentative over the phone. It’s just disappointing that a organisation like this lets their Blackwood store be run by people like this.

My negative experience with Domino's pizza began the minute I picked up the phone. After clearly explaining everything about my order, I was asked for all of the information I had just given. The time quoted for this pickup order was 10 minutes, after waiting the 10 minutes I went inside and to my HORROR I discovered that the pizza was STILL 8 minutes away! Once again, I waited patiently in my car while my stomach was groaning from the hunger of not having eaten all day. 8 minutes was up, I went inside and the was CRESTFALLEN to find I had to wait another 7 minutes. All in all, I waited 25 mins (approx.) and was BETRAYED to find ONLY FOUR PIECES OF CAMEMBERT ON MY CHICKEN AND CAMEMBERT PIZZA. I am sympathetic for all the workers in this store who have obviously not been given the correct training to serve customers and operate as a proper Dominos store should. Hopefully next time I come to your store I have a more positive experience. Rob xx
