Dead Mans Pass Reserve reviews
36This is a beautiful little part of Gawler. A very easy walk along the creek and back, with lots of greenery and bird life to enjoy. Easy parking and lots of useful signage with information about the area’s history and ecology.
Well kept - lovely walk, at the moment flowing stream very pretty. Lots of beautiful birds
Signage is confusing. At the entrance to the park there is a sign saying dogs need to be under effective control which I understand to mean come when called, sit etc. Further into the park though the signs indicate dogs need to be on a lead at all times. Which is it?
Really nice park to walk the dogs or go jogging. Just be respectful of the wildlife and keep your dogs on lead!
A great park that is close to everything yet out of the way also, just for a walk, stretch your legs, clear your head.
Always a beautiful place to go for a stroll and read about the history of the park thanks to many information sights spread across the main trail path. Dog and child friendly.
It is a lovely park to go for a walk or to have a picnic. There are public toilets and a great car park. Well worth checking out.
Beautiful and peaceful place to walk my JRT. Snakes are a bit of a concern this time of the year though
In the dry of the SA weather. This was cool, open and green. Safe for a strol.friendly magpies quiet with a breeze.
Car park easy to find and get into with lots of space and shade plus bins for rubbish as well as pet bins too.

Great place to just chill, watch the ducks and kookaburras. Stretch the legs by a walk with the dog.
I used to go catching frogs in the creek back when I was a kid and do all the things I used to do which now days I can't
Great place to walk your dog or go for a run with the kids. The infrastructure could use an update though.
Beautiful scenic pathway shared by walking tracks, bikes and dogs on Leeds. There is plaques on the way to tell of the history and grassed areas to enjoy a picnic.
Great park for going on an afternoon walk with the sun shining on your face, the birds singing and the flowers blooming.
Nice walk along the creek. There's a certain time of year when the banjo frogs sing their melodious bonk song good spot to take the dogs and kids for a walk. SA ROCKS (search Facebook) are often found in little nooks and crannies along the walks.
Beautiful, easy to reach reserve with shared use trails.
Good parking and toilet facilities
Beautiful scenic walk with my husband. Pleasant visitors as you pass them by. Great for a day out with the family
