Incredible team of medical practitioners. Admin staff are just delightful. I always look forward to my visits at Darlington. This practice is undoubtedly the best medical centre in South Australia!

Excellent doctors, excellent service. The doctors actually listen to you and do their best to help. Very friendly receptionists.

We are new patients to the Darlington medical centre. We have received the up most thorough genuine care from Dr mendis at the centre, his bedside manner and commitment to our personal concerns has been consistently delt with in a ti.ley manner and above and beyond at all times we have left feeling that any medical issues we present with were 100% addressed with genuine care and excellent communication to ensure a good understanding from both patient and doctor alike. We are very happy indeed to now have dr. Mendis and the Darlington medical centre as our trusted local family health provider. Highly recommended

Dr. Jagataran is an exceptional doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. He took the time to thoroughly understand my medical history and concerns, and he explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. Genuinely a remarkable doctor who I highly recommend to anyone in need of top-notch care and expertise.

Dr. Jag is an exceptional doctor. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and comfortable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided an accurate diagnosis. As my usual Dr was away, I had the absolute pleasure of getting the opportunity to see Dr Jag Singh.he was so professional, caring, knowledgeable and full of great health advice.he also made my laugh, which can be hard to find these days, and as they say 'laughter is the best medicine'

Phoned reception am with health concerns, wishing to book appointment or standby list. Receptionist was extremely condesending!
This was an urgent manner (escalated, because not addressed at appoint earlier in the week) and unable to get an appointment for over a week.
Very frustrated, as I would have hoped some further appointments/ follow up would be happening by now.

Thought maybe I was too harsh and that I should try a different doctor, was happy with my choice, after researching their profiles, and impressed with the ease I could get in.
I also admired one senior (presumed!) reception staff members professionalism at juggling patients.
When it came to the actual Dr.appointment though, she spent a lot of time telling me what she could not do, what she could not prescribe, what she could not help with etc.
I don't think we even addressed my present health issue.

**DO NO GO TO THIS SURGERY***
USELESS WASTE OF TIME! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!
Extremely unprofessional! When I was finally seen by the doctor he would not even look at me. A quick glance at my hands and about 30 seconds in his office. I tried to question him further, he completely ignored my concerns and dismissed me. Five days of trying to get into a doctor and a ignorant unprofessional idiot was all I got, leaving me distressed and in a worse situation than when I walked in, too late to book another appointment anywhere and left with the only option of going to Flinders hospital to wait in emergency. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!
I would rate this surgery minus - 5 stars.

I have been a patient of this practice for several years, since it has opened. I have seen Dr Indika, lately Dr Jagtaran and others. I have always had the best care and experience in this surgery. All doctors always had time to hear my concerns and have attended to them very dilligently and most professionally. I can highly recommend this practice. Darlington medical center has some of the best doctors, i personally see Dr Jagtaran Singh, i have been with him for years.he is professional and caring, he makes you feel comfortable, he is a great doctor, can not fault him. He has encouraged and helped me overcome drug addiction, weight problems and so much more.i truly believe the support i received was 1st Class.i highly recommend Dr Jagtaran Singh (Dr Jag).

Have had quite a few Appts with Dr Jag, he has been incredible, he's definitely my Favourite.

Both my partner and I have been seeing Dr Jag Singh for a few months now and we are very happy with his care. He listens to our concerns and is empathetic. He is very approachable and always professional. We definitely recommend him!
Appointments are easy to get for the clinic but yes there is a bit of waiting most times which honestly is expected these days in most clinics. Happy overall.

I had an accident at work today and needed stitches, I called 3 different clinics before I called these guys, got me in an hour and a half later, made me feel so comfortable the nurse looked after me it felt like I was at a private clinic, the amount of care I got was amazing, I didn't feel like just a number. The waiting room was so calming.
My stitches were perfect didn't have any issues what so ever, I'm scared if needles so my doctor was amazing with me I would definitely recommend this place

Dr Jo Lene Low is the best gp I’ve ever seen in Australia. Extremely professional. She knows what she is doing. She never rushes me. Always so patient and explains my questions very well. I would give her 10/10.

Worst medical centre and doctor in my lifetime. Never experienced such pathetic and poor attitude towards patients. Both occasions I saw Dr Deepak Janardhan, I had to wait 45 minutes AFTER schedule time for my turn, on second occasion only to be told that he could not do anything as he did not receive the blood test report. The test lab was 5 seconds from his room inside the same building and I saw him in the lab multiple times earlier.

Didn't even have the courtesy to inform that the test report had not been received so I should reschedule.

Most pathetic and shameful attitude and service.

Very disappointing as I like the practice, I’ve been here a few times now and every time I’ve waited for over 30mins, today I been waiting exactly one hour and counting. Very inconsiderate for people who have work the next day and families to take care of for an appointment that will only take 5 minutes. I also saw a couple of more people waiting around the same time as me who had to ask reception about their appointment. I am considering moving away. A huge waste of time

Waited for over an hr for no reason. The doctor was chatting to the office staff behind the counter then finally turned and called me.

The team at Darlington medical centre are AMAZING!
Reception staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to help with booking appointments and answering any of my questions. The doctors are attentative and have not let me down with medical advice.

10/10 would recommend.
