Cumberland Arms Hotel reviews
53Absolutely loved the Cumby. The decor and hotel gorgeous, the staff veryfriendly and engaging, the finger food we had at the party in the awesome courtyard was spot on. Really super pub. Highly recommend.
The meals are SO CHEAP and so nice! The decor isn't great inside its just plain white brick exposed walls but the outside area/area near the bathrooms is really nice! The staff are friendly and helpful also. Drinks are average price $10 for a pint. Small choice of cocktails also.
Kirra is a really nice waiter and she deserves to be paused for her amazing customer service! She made our experience memorable and Defiently will come back because of her!
Always a good experience at The Cumby.
Tasty food, great atmosphere and excellent staff!
Hence why it is a fav for my friends and I most Tuesday nights.
I really enjoyed my meal here! The service was great. Highly recommend. The beer garden is amazing! I like the red cups.
Great place for friends to meet. Loved the spicy chicken burger. Just the right spice and coleslaw to cool it off.
What an establishment! Beautiful building, cosy courtyard & beer garden, very friendly & welcoming service & the food.my goodness, if this is pub food then it's on another level. I've never eaten such succulent schnitzel, tender lamb or smokey char grilled steak anywhere like this. Quality is superb, value fantastic, presentation perfect. A wonderful pub to enjoy with friends.
Nice atmosphere and well managed. Can get quite boisterous on sat nights, so not ideal if you're looking for a relaxed quiet atmosphere.
They accidentally forgot our orders and we were waiting for over an hour for our food but it was all swiftly rectified and we couldn't be happier with the service and the quality and quantity of our food! 10/10 will be back soon
Has great dining areas, both open and private, good friendly staff, popular spot for lunch and dinner. Good value meals.
My partner and I sat out the back, which was lovely and we particularly enjoyed sharing our space with Micky the mouse and Rattus the rat. NOT!
I recently oder a medium rare porterhouse steak. However to my dissatisfaction, steak was well done and cold. Would not go again.
The vibe is so beautiful here, was here on a Sunday afternoon. The food was delicious! The only problem is that the staff were a bit confused on where the food was going and got some orders wrong even tho it wasn't busy. Besides that was a nice atmosphere
We celebrated our daughter’s 18th with a family lunch at The Cumby. We were looked after beautifully, hospitality and service 6/5 stars! Food was delicious. Highly recommend a Tuesday lunch.
Been here few times for work related gatherings and it has been good. The food is good it, it is just like your regular pub food. Their beer range is great, they carry out your regular range such as Cooper's, Heineken, James Squire and Furphys. If you are going with a large group I would suggest you book ahead and the great thing about Crumby is the food comes out quick.
A very reasonable pub. Food was suprisingly good and very decent portions. Sport on, misters to keep us cool. Only kicker is price point but its the cbd so it is understandable.
Great pub, like the way they have set it up with the inclusion of small crooks for small intimate groups. Bit bermused by Bar staff. Asked the bar person for a Vodka Martini (Vodka, dry vermouth and ice). “We cant do that we don’t have a shaker. ” No problems I replied just one shot Vodka, one shot dry vermouth and add ice. Sorry cant do that. Came back later and tried a different approach with a different staff member. CanI have a vodka with Dry vermouth and Ice. No problems sir, that will be $18.00. I was informed that according to the ‘rules’, that was considered two shot of liquor. But vermouth is about $15 for a Litre I replied and technically is a wine. Sorry Sir. Am I over reacting, maybe? !
John, Ben and Kat always make you feel welcome great service and a fantastic inner city pub good honest food highly recommend if you don’t enjoy the drinking and the dining experience at the Cumby then you are the one with the problem highly recommend the 4 Pines Nitro Stout
Can't go past the burger and pint deal. Only disappointment is that they no longer have the Texas BBQ brisket burger in the menu.
