Crust Pizza Unley

This pizza shop needs be visited by the health inspectors of Unley council. It’s like a tip inside and food scraps everywhere, counter disgusting, floor littered with food & rubbish.

An Order via Uber eats a few months back took 2 hours and we live less than 5 minutes away. Decided to order & pick up last night. Only 2 people in the shop last night, no masks, no gloves. The man was clearly under pressure, sweaty face, wiping his hands over his face, then over his clothes, & then straight into the food containers again! Pizza was thrown together and very scrappy toppings. Never again

30 minutes late is not good (I placed an order online about 2-3 hours prior). Though, I get you guys were under the pump and s%it happens. The pizza was good and can't fault it. It would be good if you invested in some automated system letting people know about delays etc

My girlfriend ordered a pizza and paid for extra Prosciutto, but it came wrong. We didn’t get it.

Crust Pizza unley is not good to eat never ever try to order pizza the staff is too much lazy and from pizza I have got piece of sharp metal. So my recommendation not to try for your health and safety. Thanks

Ordered pizza and garlic bread at 6.37 still no sign of our food at 8.17 called the shop was told pizza will be here in 10 minutes pfffft called again at 8.40 oh driver is lost we were 1.5 kmts from the shop what was your number again 8.45 pizza arrived minus our garlic bread not great communication at all
On the plus the pizza tasted pretty good

I received their menu in the mail and it sounded delicious so I decided to give it a go. We ordered in, so I can only comment on the food (not the customer service), which was pretty underwhelming. We ordered an '1889 margarita' and a Hawaiian. The Hawaiian was okay, nothing special but not the worst (it's hard to stuff up a Hawaiian pizza!), but I was sooooo disappointed with my margarita! I paid extra to get the 1889 version, instead of their classic margarita. Attached are the photos on their website, vs what I got.
The cheese was non-existent! And I couldn't taste the cherry tomatoes at all. Such a letdown! We also ordered a garlic bread which was not the best - I could get the same quality from Dominos, or buy a frozen one, and it would taste just as meh.
On the plus side, even though our pizza was about 10 mins late (it was dinner time, I get it, they're busy, no big deal), the pizza was still a good temp when it arrived (warm, not soggy, crust was still crispy, etc). That's about the only good thing.

Overall, not impressed. Won't be ordering again.

I had a horrible pizza experience yesterday from this store. I had ordered Vietnamese chicken pizza for pickup. When I brought home I saw piles and piles of aioli on my pizza. I called them about the issue.they asked me to come with a pizza so they could make another.because I had two slices of pizza after getting rid of the aioli and coleslaw from the pizza, manager thinks he did not have to make a new one or provide refund when I went to the Unley store
however he thinks there was no problem with a pizza, that amount of aioli is normal and that’s up to their standard.when I told him it’s super unhealthy for me as there was so much aioli on the pizza. He said he couldn’t do any thing as I had two slices but he could have made a new one if I didn’t ate any. I live 15 min away from store so I had to travel store twice and the manager who said he was a owner didn’t feel sorry but insisted there was nothing with his pizza.
Terrible manager: owner doesn’t even know about the customer service. The manager was very rude.he should not be working in hospitality industry.you are horrible, insane, and shameless, very unprofessional.
If there was no problem with pizza why would we travel back and forth, we paid for that pizza and we have every right to express our experience.please use your commonsense.so it does not matter if we ate 2 slices or 3 slices.we were hungry so still tried to eat but we couldn’t.
I would not recommend to anyone.

//update// used to absolutely love the pizza from crust, but the qualitys dropped a ton so ive stopped getting pizza from here.used to be really tasty and id really look forward to it whenever i planned on getting pizza from crust, but now whenever i order its below satisfactory or just straight up unpleasant to eat.

Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life, the girls there are very inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing, pizza is good but if you wanna wait in a sauna then that is the place to go.

Pizza is good, a little pricey. But service is awful. Ordered online, was told to pickup in 15 minutes, I allowed an extra 5 minutes and arrived 20 minutes after ordering to be told it would be another 5 minutes. I then waited another 18 minutes for my order.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. What i got was a variation i had never had before. But i was impressed. Super tasty and fresh. Base was nice and crispy.

Bestttt pizzaa everrrrrr! Yummmm - is all i can Say. Best pizza place for thin crust and delicious pizzas.

We bought half and half large Vegan pizza to share. It was exceptional. Service was great and speedy. Can highly recommend. Well done team and Crust!

I can't believe how rude the staff were over the phone, how rude their delivery guy was, especially since I was paying over $200 for pizza that they messed up.

Ordered peri peri chicken pizza with caramelized onions and shallots.
What i received was a damaged/crushed pizza with barely any caramelized onions.
I tried calling them, i was given a run around on the automated call, put on hold and redirected alot then after a few mins the automated call said "goodbye" and the call was disconnected. That happened 3 times and then i got fed up

Very good. Get the same pizza every week and it's always faultless. Couldn't speak higher of these individuals.
