Leave the notes on Uber tablets if you guys want driver bring the bag, otherwise they have no responsibility to show you they had a bag, ask driver to go back to get their bags that’s really really rude. If you want the bag, write on your tablets then they can see it.

Totally waste of time and waste of money they don't know how to respect customers shop should be closed permanently

I’ve been a crust pizza lover for over 4 years. I recently ordered Pesto chicken club here in Adelaide and I’ve never had it so salty. I love crust pizza and I will like to continue having this pizza once I relocate here. Please change whatever issues you’ve got with your preparations

It’s a review from the side of an Uber eats delivery person. Just happen few minutes before. I just go to pickup an Uber delivery there at 10 pm Tuesday. And the staff over there did misbehaved with me they are very angry. And it looks like they just wants to fight.
Very disappointing. I will never take any other delivery from there. And I know that 10 pm is the closing time for them but that not means to misbehave. I also works in an Restaurent.

A long time fan of crust Pizza and had to travel a longer distance due to my local stores closing down but I would never make the drive to this store again.

Very bad hygiene and looks like the front of the business has never been wiped down. Windows greasy, the counter smeared with black stains and food/grease remains scattered over the computer keyboard and eftpos machine.

Food was tasteless, minimal toppings and very greasy. Seems they are running out of ingredients often reading other reviews, I was informed they had run out of peri peri sauce and a substitution was made. Overall not a great experience.

We've had pizza 3 times from this outlet but won't be ordering again. All 3 meals were super oily but at least the first 2 had good flavour. The pizzas tonight were tasteless and super oily. The third went in the bin uneaten as it was not what we ordered and we couldn't eat it for dietary reasons. We were all hungry as we couldn't finish the two we tried to eat, they were like a flavourless slab of grease.

Always get my order wrong and tonight found one of the cook’s hairs in the melted cheese. They cook without hairnets and are not a cleanly place. Will never order from here again!

Ordered just one pepperoni pizza and it took an hour on Ubereats. I asked for extra pepperoni which I paid for and definitely did not get extra pepperoni. For a very suspicious reason you are unable to rate crust on the Ubereats app you only have the option of rating the delivery driver. Absolute joke I wish I looked at these reviews first. Shop deserves to go under if this is the service they are happy to give

A disgusting, homogenous excuse for a pizza. There was no distinction between any flavours of the ingredients. Sauce was sweet like tomato sauce, no nuance in flavour whatsoever. 10 minutes after receiving it and it congealed completely like a jelly cup. Ordered 2 pizzas (spinach and feta + pepperoni and capricossa) but they taste almost the same. I had one slice of each and couldn't stomach anymore.

I was weary of the store as when I came in to pick up as it was really messy, toppings spilt all over the containers, messy, dirty floor, staff wearing casual clothes with no respect to hygiene practices. But alas, had already ordered and paid so set out to give it a chance. Bad move.

This is what cheap ingredients, lacklustre skills and no passion tastes like. If you're in the mood for a tasty boot for dinner, you've come to the right place.

To set the scene, I never leave reviews. But this one has to be done.

Worst Uber Eats experience I've ever had. Food took almost two hours to arrive and said they were wrapping up for about 45 mins of that time. While I watched poor delivery drivers make their way to collect the order on their own dime and then cancel.

After the 4th change of delivery driver I contacted the pizza bar and was told it was because there was no Prosciutto so we had to wait until they got their hands on some. Firstly, I would've thought at this point it wouldn't really matter whether it was on there or not. And secondly I would've thought that it might be pretty standard in the industry to contact someone if an order that was meant to be ready after an hour at the latest was going to take two hours.

When the pizza did arrive, there was no Prosciutto on there at all. Clearly they were unsuccessful in acquiring this most necessary ingredient. This place is way beyond a joke.

This occurred on 27/02/22 between ~1800-2000. I strongly encourage anyone who is interested in the convenience of ordering a pizza look elsewhere. There are plenty of places around here but this place ain't it. Cheers

Not as good as they used to be about a year and a half ago. Used to use fresh ingredients all the time - now it's the complete opposite; and they also seem to use ingredients more sparingly.

Depending on the night pizzas are often just not well made either. Guess it depends on who's preparing them. Wasn't a problem a year and a half ago.

Just seems like they've tried to cut costs, but in the end I'm not really sure that that saves anyone any money because you just potentially lose customers.

It's still okay, but it was really good before, and now just 'meh'.

Travelled from Glenelg for this pizza as Brighton Crust doesn't do vegan options.

We arrived after 15 minutes of ordering as told by the website. Pizza was not ready, which is fine, this happens, things get hectic. Got told 8-10 minute wait. No problem.

10 minutes later we get our pizzas and both are on the standard crust instead of sesame seed crust. The Vegan Shepherd's lie is missing tomatos, hearbs and also the signature potatos and truffle oil but to our suprise is also topped up with parmisan cheese. Which is not vegan. A bit annoying, but whatever, maybe we just got someone else's pizza. When we brought this to the managers attention, he tried to reason back to us that all the ingredients were correct, and that parmisan cheese really did belong in a vegan pizza.

At that point it became clear to us, that our needs were not important and this place was not to be trusted. If the owner of the establishment was so certain that cheese is vegan then how can we trust that the sauces, and meat alternatives that were used were also vegan.

They made a new pizza for us, that was still missing the correct crust and ingredients. No apology, no discount, no great customer service at Crust Unley. If you don't know or understand dietary requirements maybe don't sell those items then.

I suppose we will venture out to Crust West Lakes in hopes of good service.
