Crafter Medical Centre

Couple of the docs are great.couple are ok.but the admin staff are just horrendous - go elsewhere.

Highly recommend this practice and in particular Dr Alison Edgecomb for new mums. I am a first time mum and saw Dr Edgecomb for a Mums & Bubs appointment - almost beside myself with a 4 month old who wouldn't sleep for longer than an hour at a time. Dr Edgecomb was professional, warm and understanding. She provided incredibly helpful and reassuring answers to my questions (and our baby now sleeps!). The nursing staff who did our baby's vaccinations were also excellent!

Finding a good GP is really hard. Dr Kilmartin changed my whole existence and has been my Dr for 7-8 years. I get script renewals via the other Drs and they are great. I don’t always appreciate the Receptionists ‘attitude’, we are busy, no need to be abrupt or rude…however all the doctors are so good with the whole family they are 6/5 so 5/5 with the average customer service.

Have been attending CMC for nearly 20 years, am always treated with respect by all staff, can always get an appointment when needed and thoroughly trust my doctor.

I would recommend DR Ellen Dunaiski at Crafter medical centre. She listens and takes into account the patients wishes as well as being very knowledable. Having said that, all the Dcotors at Crafter medical centre are great.

It’s a very competent and friendly surgery with some of the best GPS in town and friendly staff.

Everyone at Crafter Medical Centre were so helpful for our current visit. I had myself and my 3 small children all come down quite ill. They found us a doctor to see in a timely manner and all staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Always appreciate the care our family receives here, whether it be our usual doctor, or the other doctors here. Reception staff are friendly, and the practice nurse is excellent.

Very quick and easy process and felt exactly like the same service as if I went to the surgery. For a repeat prescription this should be the only way.
And of course, Dr Tarca was fantastic!

Attended clinic for covid vaccination.
The staff were kind and explained everything thoroughly. There was minimal time waiting for my vaccination. Very professional.

Went in today for a COVID shot. The whole visit was handled very professionally and the only delay was the mandatory, "Wait 15mins before leaving in case of any reaction".

Friendly, efficient, & professional, in my mind Crafter Medical Centre are continuously raising the bar.

Everything worked like clockwork. No waiting, friendly and well-informed staff, and a great location to facilitate the process.

Dr Matt Del Fante is the best doctor I have ever come across - and I have worked in health for over 20 years. His kind, considerate and patient manner with all his patients is demonstrated daily with the care and time he takes to ensure their maximum comfort. I would not take my family to see anyone else.
The supporting staff, including the nurses and reception staff, are likewise thorough and caring - altogether the practice is family friendly, always informative and does it’s utmost to make patients the top priority. Thank you to you all.

Reluctantly accepted Astra Zeneca as 2nd jab, easy parking at the RSL bldg, on entry registered in before proceeding to the doctor who provided details and answered questions, the nurse administered the injection which was quick and pain free. The whole process was very professional and over in a short period of time. No initial reactions experienced

I have been attending Crafter M. C.for 45years and have been treated always with respect. The nurses are competent and very pleasant and the doctors are willing to take time to explain lab.results, new pharmaceuticals etc.as well as being friendly and reassuring.
Personally, although I am certain that all the staff are equally professional and competent, I am disappointed when my choice of someone to consult is booked out. I come from a time when we had Family doctors whom we got to know thoroughly over the years (our GP had delivered both me and my mother). Sharing intimate details of one's life requires that there is a developed relationship of trust for some of us, that takes time and repeat communication.
In spite of the pressures all the staff must be under from time to time, they are all remarkably tolerant of tense and self-centered patient expectations. I shall miss you all when I leave Australia.

After some bad experiences with other doctors elsewhere I find Crafter Medical Centre to be quite good. Every place has problems but I don't really have any complaints
