Crafers Pizza Bar

Pretty average customer service and the pizza was nothing brilliant either. Dripping with oil, minimal toppings, disappointing.
On a plus it is pretty cheap.

Very briefly I worked here as a delivery driver, but although I was being payed to deliver I was told that when I wasn't on a delivery I was required to do food prep which was the job of the kitchen staff. So in effect the owner was taking work from someone who is getting paid by the hour by using me, someone who is getting paid far less to take paid work away from the kitchen staff. Behind your back this manager is a rude manipulative man who will actively try to deprive young people of the opportunity to earn an honest dollar, many locals know this man and his disgusting behaviour just check the reviews for yourself. The only stars here are the staff that carry this bloated old man.

This guy is a legend. Always puts a smile on my dial AND the pizza is supper yummy at a 5 rate. In fact writing review makes me want some of this pizza now.

Amazing, would recommend. Good service, great pizzas and reasonabls prices. Delivery drivers are really nice and so are the people who answer the phones and meet you at the front bench.

Best pizza you cant get delivered in Stirling. Great customer service and perfect every time. Had one small issue tonight and was fixed within 20mins. Forget bubbas or Jimmies. This is the best.

Worst customer service over the phone. The man who spoke to me and took my order was honestly the rudest person i've ever been served by. Food is bearable but i would never ever spend money here again.

HORRIBLE service. Will never be ordering from here again. Will be telling everyone I know to AVOID due to the disgusting behaviour of the owner. He screamed at me on the phone saying ‘he left 5 minutes ago he’s on his way’ after I was worried about their delivery staff getting lost on their way to my place after waiting for 40 minutes. Absolutely appalled.

I think the people that winge about Ian the owner are a bit uptight. He's got a very dry, very droll sense of humour. Every time I go in there I make some daft comment and he's onboard immediately. I'm in customer service myself and I know how self entitled some people can be. He just can't be bothered buttering them up that's all. The pizzas are great and they're the same every time. Consistency is good. I've never had a soggy one.
Anyway, that's my 2¢ worth.

The larrikin owner has been cooking Pizzas there for 17 years now, and told me "it's guaranteed to be the best pizza you've had all week! ". He was spot on, the food was excellent. Sadly quiet though for a Saturday night, and he sent his delivery driver home at 8, so had to pick up myself.

I agree. The owner is a rude indifferent grossly arrogant man. Never met him. Only order for delivery. The pizza are actually very good but the owner must have driven down sales by at least 50% if not more. He has NO IDEA about customer courtesy. I still will buy but next time I'll give him a gob full and see how he takes that order! Jimmy's must be getting so much business from this idiot rude owner. LOL

A great gluten free pizza base! Very friendly owner and staff and the only store that will deliver to Leawood Gardens, and promptly.

A good range of toppings, and you can sit and eat it inside (they have a few tables set up) and/or watch your pizza being made.

The owner has been in this business for a very long time and has a great sense of humour.

Our orders were always on time, even when we asked for additional items as part of the topping.

Just had the rudest customer service experience of my life. Never in the history of ordering pizza have I been so annoying to a pizzeria who was so belligerent and affronted by my interest in ordering a pizza.

Awesome supreme pizza going down here, the pizza has always been ready when they said it will be which is always a big factor in any pizza situation so I had to give up give stars

Sub par food. Incredibly rude customer service for the most part. The senior dude that works there needs to take a chill pill and cheer up because he talks to everyone like they are trash. But the food is okay I guess.
