Crafers Pizza Bar reviews
54This place is wicked. If you’re a bit dusty the meatball sub has got me through some tough times. Pizzas are top notch as well and very reasonably priced.
Delicious pizza and good selection. Easy online ordering and always ready on time.
Excellent service
Pizza’s are hot and tasty (and so are the chefs ;) Highly recommend getting the weekly special, they never disappoint!
Food was excellent, especially the pork and fennel pizza wonderful staff and excellent music!
The pepperoni pizza is an epic indulgence and the honey on top is such a great touch. It really works! Drinks are expensive, a can of coopers is $10. For a can. The music is cool but way too loud for a family to dine, I think they are going for hip/cool environment over comfort. Service is great, I can tell they are proud of their product and they should be! Great pizza. Personally I think they could offer cocktails and drinks in the evenings should you dine in. As an alternative to the crafers pub.
Love this place - Crafers pizza made a fair mistake with our takeaway order this eve and we got the wrong pasta that wasn’t vegan… I was absolutely blown away by the genuine care and service we received after this. They were having a busy night and machines and were playing up so they couldn’t refund me over the phone but offered to personally deliver the refund to our door. Who does that these days? Next to no businesses. They also remade the correct order which was well above and beyond anything they had to do. Thank you guys we will be back again very soon!
Great hills restaurant. Operated by locals, employing the young community.
Fantastic seeing Adelaide Hills teens working, running the phones, delivering pizzas and making pizzas. Not to mention THE BEST PIZZA in the hills by a country mile or myles:)
Tip - Pepperoni (add prawn) + side of Ortiz anchovy - too good!
Pizza was nice but odd that they only have one size. Garlic bread was inedible but had to be a one off. Will go back again for the pizza
Sensational. Vegetarian pizza with marinated citrus rind - sounds weird maybe, but it was REALLY great. The base - WOW! Staff are super friendly and lovely.
I'd love some vegan cheese on my next one - yeah, whiney vegan, that's me.
*Disclaimer: I am an ex-employee of the previous management*
I cannot express how delighted i was upon returning to the restaurant with a former colleague for a night of nostalgia how positively the environment had changed. The restaurant was clean, the kitchen was immaculate, even in a night of busy service (And more dine-in covers than I had seen in my entire 2 year tenure under the previous management in a single night no less) and the energy was distinctly positive and celebratory in nature. I was deeply impressed by the reimagining of the classic Ranch Chicken, an old favourite and dare i say the absolutely definitive item both then and now. The crusts are just as delicious as the toppings and the quality of the ingredients is not only apparent and abundant but also an enormous step up from the previous management as well.
Dine-in alcohol prices are on the high side but such is the norm with this calibre of dining these days and so i can't knock them for going with the industry trend. My experience here was overwhelmingly positive and the revitalised and reinvigorated dining space is pleasant, homely and well laid out. We were seated in the middle of the dining room and never felt surrounded or intruded upon by the other diners, though the booths look magnificent for small groupings. I would highly recommend the place as a meet-up spot or as a place to meet with old friends and have some conversation over a very, very good slice.
Congratulations lads, you nailed it.
Love the whole vibe of the restaurant. Lovely food & service. Nice place to hang out. Def recommend…
We absolutely love Crafers Pizza Bar as a resident of Crafers we are so happy you guys are here thank you.
Miss the older proprietor. He made 70's style pizza's and they came in all sizes. Cannot deal with the change. Not going back.
Ordered for the first time here sat 3 dec,
Had a large with pepperoni, onion, capsicum, pineapple & chilli.
Base was medium which I liked, toppings were fresh, service very good, quite expensive at 24
However I rate this this in the Top 3 Pizza outlets
In Adelaide behind Pat's Pizza somerton park & Marconi pizza at Richmond.
Overall 9/10.
Very delicious pizza, the weekly specials never fair to impress. Way better than jimmys across the road
Consist and delicious
Gluten free bases are A+. 2 for $50 deal good value.
Ps plz recreate a re-incarnation of the Ranch Chicken pizza from the old Crafers Pizza.
I had not visited the Crafers Pizza bar since the new owners had taken over. But I wish I had sooner. The pizza's have taken on a new life. Incredible! Inside is looking great and it is now liquor licenced for those wanting a cheeky tipple with their meal. Congratulations Myles. Well done sir

Absolutely delicious pizza, fabulous choices, care and quality comes through.the chefs are highly skilled with their food combos, very tasty top quality ingredients and the staff are kind and welcoming.
Best pizza I've ever had!
Great pizza for dine in or take away, delish wine list and lovely customer service! As someone who is gluten intolerant, it can be so hard to find a gluten free pizza base that I actually enjoy and would consider eating twice! But we pick up pizza from the Crafers Pizza Bar regularly and I just can't get enough of it! Thank you for creating something so delicious for us gluten free folk!?
