Great service, great pricing and good food. Potato bake is a must!

Best Charcoal Chicken in the West. Very polite people, tender juicy chicken AWESOME Gravy, salads and potato bake and many Salads Absolutely mind blowing.

Disgusting, waste of money. Unfriendly service, and the chicken had the most revolting smell and looked like it had some kind of cancer. My partner has just picked this revolting chicken today and told me the women there were rude and unfriendly AGAIN, (for no reason? He said maybe they just focus on “dine in” customers?) they probably don’t realise he is half Greek too! ντροπή σου Malakas.

Go to Chicken Cave in Fulham, always service with a smile - even the girl who’s rough around the edges treats everybody fantastic, chicken is fresh and good quality - after looking at the one star reviews for this place I regret giving it a second chance.

P. S.reading the 1 star reviews again, my partner asked for extra salt on the chu ips and they just completely ignored him, under seasoned salt. Save yourself the time and your money, read the one star reviews- they provide an accurate description of this place.

My family specifically my mum loved this place for over ten years. But today was left feeling very uncomfortable and upset from the customer service given. As it is Christmas time I understand that a lot of people are under the pump and stressed. It is however not ok to tell your customer that they look up tight ect ect. I am not a believer that the customer is always right but I do not respect this immaturity either. I think anyone in this situation would not appreciate their own mother being spoken to in this way. I hope you do not speak to any of your customers like this going forward. Regards.

Great customer service! Just chicken was a little dry unfortunately. Still tasty though!

Ordered 4 BBQ chickens for Christmas & they were great. The meat was tender & tasty. Staff were friendly & helpful. Certainly will go back.

Horrible. Got a chicken schnitzel burger, was pink in the middle, bun was stale and everything tastes burnt, wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy, ruined my lunch break at work

Potato fritters are gross. Your batter is disgusting and they were burnt. No salt. Chips Ehhh average.

Roast pack is just meat and chips now without pees and gravy. Always used to include pees and gravy. When I got home and was looking at a box of dry meat I phoned and they said you need to ask for the pees and gravy. So take care when ordering to be clear what you want. They offered to give me some if I came and got it. Not sure what is happening at this place as it was never like this before. Family liked the burger. Chips were nice.

Their roasts are pretty good whether its pork beef or lamb its always tastier cooked over charcoal and their potato bakes also good

Fantastic place, so much variety of all sorts of thing's, delicious food and very friendly staff that are always ready to help, would recommend this place to anyone.

The Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The husband opened the fridge door on my face when I was filling out the covid form.the Grandfather just tossed my chicken pack on the bench. And the wife was wondering why I asked her to check the order as I didn’t think I hadnt been given the right change. Worst customer service.

Awesome! True rotisserie charcoal chicken (and they do charcoal beef, lamb, and pork!). Chips are great too.

The charcoal chickens are very well cooked, very nice. They also have a good variety, hot packs etc, roast beef packs at reasonable prices. Easy access.

The range of food, quantity of food provided, and pricing of food is outstanding! Staff do seem to let the business down a bit, with a somewhat large number of mistakes with orders, and while some staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, some seem to lack any genuine care or professional retail courtesy generally necessary for such small, family-operated businesses.

Just ordered 2 veal snitzle packs with chips gravy, 1/2 chicken and salad and 2 battered fish with chips. And the the food was delicious! The portions they serve is generous and I couldn't be any happier! Highly recommend going to this place! ️

I've been visiting this place for over seven years now and it's always a great deal and always the same tasting chickens, the crispy skin and the stuffing is my favourite and there thick cut fries are always great as they use fresh oil to cook fries all the time. If you see fries that are overcooked or black, means the oil is always old.

Ive been coming here for my lunch for the past 5 years. There salads and meat are always fresh and can never fault there customer service. Always open whenever you need them.
