Neha the senior physio is the only good thing about this place. I had dry needling which caused me to have severe bruising which was so bad that my work collegues, friends and complete strangers asked if I’d been physically abused. I complained to the practice manager who never even called me after the event to check up on my welfare or to see if the pain had subsided. How a practice manager wins an award for excellent service who does not even follow up on complaints correctly is beyond me. I was asked to write an email to the manager/owner of the business out lining my experience and sending photos of my severe bruising to which I did not even receive a reply let alone an apology. I myself work as an administration manager in a medical specialist rooms and with ten years medical administration experience I am bewildered how this kind of service gets rewarded as was the practice manager. Poor service indeed.

Pooja is great. Told me more about my injury than anyone else has in about 4 years! So pleased to have 'found' her.

After a motorbike accident a while ago my lower back was progressively getting worse. After going to Core I feel like I should be able to get on a bike again! 10/10.

Posting at 4am because once again my neck pain is waking me up 5-10 times a night after seeing a physio here who made it worse. Give this place a wide berth unless you enjoy getting a ton of pressure applied directly to a bulging disc in your spine, turning your moderate pain into severe pain every single night, even several weeks after my last treatment.

At least the receptionists were polite.
