The location is excellent, with easy to get booking and highly skilled practitioners. I particularly recommend John Tomas.

After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I called requesting a home visit. I was in tears on the phone as I was in agony and unable to walk. I was told I was 5 mins outside of the 10min home visit radius (despite my area being listed as one that is serviced) and nothing they could do to help me. Ended up going to hospital in an Ambulance the following day. Won't ever use Core again.

Saw Tom for my back injury, he listened to everything and helped me so much. Admin were amazing and perfect location. Highly recommend:)

I highly recommend Core Physiotherapy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most importantly the physio that saw me Tom, provided a great service. Tom took time to listen and address my concerns, undertook an assessment and provided effective treatment. In addition to the treatment at the clinic, he provided me with excercises to do at home.

I have been coming to this practice for many years and there is always a friendly welcome from all of the receptionists and the physios are always very professional and help get me moving again!

I have had a great experience with core physio. I found the staff very friendly and the ease of booking appointments with the time and convenience. I don’t drive and when booking my appointment the woman I spoke to Jaye Simpson advised me that she can make me appointment at a practice closest to my home.

Cannot rate or recommend this practice more highly. From the amazing reception staff to the wonderful physio's I have never been disappointed by the services provided to me.
All staff I have come across have been patient-focused, friendly and most helpful. The physio treatment I have received to date has been professional and positive in achieving the desired outcomes.

Have been coming here for a couple of years now. The receptionists are always super friendly and helpful. I've seen a few different physio's and each one has been very helpful in treating the pain I have. Highly recommend.

I have been using Core physio Aberfoyle Park over the last 3 years for different types of treatment's although I have used the group for 9 years. This last last 5 days JC @ Aberfoyle has come to my rescue with my shoulder issue, feeling much better after just 2 treatment's. The reception staff are so helpful & easy to talk too.

I have been going here for years and they always manage to fit me in with only a weeks notice. The customer service here is great and they are always happy to help fix any aches or pains!

I arrived at 8.15 for an 8.30 appointment and the physiotherapist called in sick at 8.26. If you are sick fair enough but call in much earlier as to not waste everyone's time and the poor girls at the front having to apologise for the physios lack of professionalism. Obviously my time was not important enough to let me know. I will not be back.

It is with much sadness I move to another branch as I've moved house. I can not thank Neha enough for her enthusiasm, and can do attitude. She knew my goals and what I wanted to achieve from each session of Pilates and she worked to challenge me in such a fun way. Her classes became my therapy, not just for my back, but my whole body and my mental health as she created such a lovely community spirit. Thank you for getting me through my first half marathon, surgeries, and even my divorce. I don't think anyone can live up to your level of care, cheerfulness and energy that you put into my program each week. Xx
