Coopers Alehouse Gepps Cross

Good service.
Generally, the food is good. Only disappointment was the medium rare steak ordered was actually well done, burnt on the edges too. We didn't complain but you'd think the chef would see the black burnt bits.
I would still go back, i put the disappointment down to being really busy.

Took a group of 30 to the sale House for dinner tonight, perfect from the booking with Stephen right through the night, meals were all amazing no complaints at all and the customer service was great from the bar staff to the waitress checking if our meals were ok.
Well done we will be back

Good vibes and service, food could use some improvements, but then again I only had one dish out of the whole menu!

Update: I have reached out to the venue to let them know my original review was perhaps a bit unspecific and have let them know my concerns with the specific dish I had.

I've only eaten here once and the steak was nice enough. What I love about here is the big screen to watch footy though:)

I just found it very crowded for the first night you were allowed on the dance floor Also people were Dancing with drink's in their had not good

Haven't had anything off the menu that i didn't like. Nice place to go with family or a large group. Does tend to get a little noisy at times. But other than that still a nice place to eat.

Service was great, but that is far i would put it. Rushed meals full of oil and lack of bread crumbs on the meals ordered not worth the price we paid.

Food sounds and looks fancy, but in actual fact, it's pretty average. Probably better just for a few beers with the mates to watch sports on the screen.

Fun place with a garden and live music occasionally. Hits the spot for a family dining place as well as a hangout spot for friends

If the alehouse fails to please you, you're either looking for an offence to take or simply implacable. There are meals on the board that are not cheap but they are value for money.

Lovely at breakfast when it's quiet. Breakfast burger absolutely hit the spot.

It's also pretty good at other times, despite almost always feeling "too busy". Had the Yoder Platter a few weeks ago, damn what a massive and satisfying feed.

Great beers on tap, and a massive screen for some Saturday arvo footy as well.

Great pub with awesome beer on tap and food to match. Always a winner for a friends catchup or for live music!

Not a bad place, the service was above reproach and the ladies were quite personable and the drinks were reasonably priced, so yeah I'd recommend it for a function or a date night etc.

The food is always amazing. The service is normally very high standard. The atmosphere of the place is lively and upbeat. There is a beer garden with booth seating and live music plus giant screens for watching sports. The restaurant area is hip and funky in design. I would completely recommend booking a table though as it is normally quite busy and they are always accommodating. This is a location I regularly go with friends to hang out or family get together.

Very disappointing tonight, whilst I acknowledge you were busy and had to wait very close to 2 hours for my food, the chef who approved the dried up, overcooked piece of pork belly to leave your kitchen should be ashamed of himself/herself.

Don’t bother wasting your time and money. The 2 stars is only for the atmosphere and asthetics of the place. The food however was BAD! The dishes we wanted from the menu they had ran out of. We then waited over 40 minutes for our food which all came out cold, and had to be sent back. The quality of the food was poor especially for the price we paid. I do not recommend this place for food.

Very comfortable pub.great food at reasonable price.great service and very friendly staff.lots of parking available.will definitely be back to the Coopers.

While the layout is good, the food is average, leaning towards expensive. The staff are kind of arrogant about their store being the best. Personally, I preferred the CBD one.
