We had Christmas Day lunch here. The variety on the menu catered to all. The food was delicious with generous servings. The staff were lovely and jovial. I enjoyed the day.

Mixed reviews, loud, noisy atmosphere was pumping. It was Xmas time, ran out of beef snitzel, special was tatter totts? ! It's a pub and eatery so I guess it was alright

Received our meals an hr after ordering. We ordered 2 supposed angus schnitzels and a chicken schnitzel. All were overcooked and dry, not moist at all. Small bug in salad. Nothing really. Have been before and was quite good. At least the beer was nice

Great spot for a good pub feed. The meat platter has got some absolute bangers and it's well worth the money. Everything is handled through in app ordering, so you can relax at the table and have everything bought over.

Went out to dinner with my partner that I must be was great service was a little slow but that's because it was so busy food was absolutely fantastic and staff work nice as well

Great atmosphere but food took a long time to come out. Spiced chicken was slightly overcooked but had some of my wife's nachos and that was amazing.

We had a surprise 50th here and I have to say it was a fantastic night. The food and service was great. I'd like to make a particular mention of one of the security guys who I feel went above and beyond to ensure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency. Unfortunately I didn't get his name I wish I had because he deserves to be congratulated, such a thoughtful guy. Anyway, a busy and popular place, the private room was excellent. Thank you

The Graziers Pie, Mash Potato, Peas and Red Wine Jus, was totally delicious - enjoyed every mouthful.

Really great atmosphere. Good service, from competent, friendly staff.
Pub food, that is a class above, really in a restaurant class, worthy of its own ranking.

Place is alright seems to always be super busy and loud not the best place for a dining but I'm sure the beer garden would be good

Very disappointed with how we were asked to leave after two hours.food ordering and delivery took one hour and eating another hour and we didn’t get a chance to even socialise with the guest. It was 50th birthday which was rushed. May partner had to ask the guest to leave was so disappointed.there were other tables making noise breaking things and were there for more than two hours. I felt we were the only Asians there.but while having cake they were constantly asking us to leave.won’t book this place for birthday and family get together.hospitality wise this place is poor. Very much disappointed.rushed birthday.only good things I take is food was good and some staff are nice.but they were all wanting to get us out soon as possible.

Great only little thing is when your outdoors the noise of the traffic. Food was Awesome and Tasty well done

Called twice- nobody picked up- poor service and rude attitude from front of house & bar staff.

Wow, haven't been for awhile, but back on a November Saturday night 2021 to celebrate a 50th, the level of service was excellent. The floor staff super efficient & diligent in their work, the bar staff super friendly & accommodating, a lovely & welcoming experience all round, still a good ambience & atmosphere, happy to be back.

This is an interesting establishment where equally as many good & bad episodes can all occur in the one evening, & so it came to pass. We were a party of six celebrating a birthday, we often come here because we like the ambience & enjoy the atmosphere. The staff are generally young, friendly & energetic with beaming smiles, but there were two exceptions with sour faces this evening. These two persons obviously in the wrong vocation & need to be weeded out. The evening went well, it was busy & filled with loud conversation, Chelsea, the girl that took our orders was an asset to this venue, very positive & cheerful. She said it would be a 40 minute wait for our main meals, we were happy to wait, drink & converse. HOWEVER, when the meals finally arrived, ALL the chips were cold. We were prepared to wait 40 minutes, but expected a hot meal at the least. I made this known to the kitchen manager, she barely acknowledged the complaint, then continued with her back turned & ignored our complaint. No HOT chips arrived. I then approached Chelsea, she was brilliant, offered six coffees & cake on the house to appease our disappointment. She notified the senior manager, Jonathan, he also was brilliant, apologised & immediately addressed the situation. We left happy, the food here is generally good & reasonably priced. I would easily recommend one try this establishment, we will be back. Cheers.

People may not like ordering via the app but I find it super quick and convenient. Food is normal pub fare, good but nothing special. Prices very reasonable. If you're lucky enough for this to be your local, great

Good food good catering.very bad service when it comes to hosting a birthday dinner.you can only book the table for 2 hours. I had 19 people and had to ask them to leave. I won’t consider coopers ale house for family get together.maybe good for dinner for two a small family.overall I’m dissatisfied when they asked us to leave when there were other tables who came way before us and they stayed back more than us.felt odd.won’t book this venue again for a birthday celebration.

Service wasn't what it's made out to be as it took near on an hour to receive my meal and even then the food wasn't really to my liking

Overall was quite disappointing. I walked in with high hopes, and was received with a warm environment, friendly staff, yet very mediocre and almost unpleasant food. The chips were very bland and were comparable to a kids bowling alley cafeteria. I was excited to get to the main dish, my schnitzel. Very disappointed, no spice extremely bland, could only taste the texture of the batter, and the sauces on the side. Also was constantly interrupted by staff dropping and breaking glasses. Definitely better places to go.

Dinner Saturday evening was lovely: our Seafood Duo was really good, crisp batter on the beautifully cooked fish and the calamari was crumbed and cooked perfectly.
Sadly the meal was spoiled a bit by being put on the clock to move to an even louder area or leave, so we went elsewhere for dessert
