Coles Rundle Mall

Really rude staff, and security likes to follow you for no reason.ie I have autism and so don't always act "normal" so obviously I am stealing

most staff are ok as far as ive experienced but the security follow you and it feels awkward and uncomfortable, the layouts absolutely whack and certain spaces are so cramped, certain things all together are so hard to even find, and the STOCK is terrible they have barely anything as in lines of items and more niche items in some brands (bostistos for example make a laundry detergent and a bathroom disinfectant, neither of these can be found at this coles however you can find the usual eucalyptse spray and a different disinfectant spray of the same brand, i dont really see the point in only having a few things from the brand either have them all or none of the brand)
also their bakery section is extremely subpar

I went to this store for just buying a sim card and the price was just $10. The guy near check out (Tom) already double check price. There was a price difference so he call the store manager Kayla. She was so rude. She was like this is not right price even after double check by own as well. She wasted my half hours but didn't apologise.

It might be fairly stocked all the time but the range is subpar. I only go there for certain things if I really need them and am in town. Can't really do a proper shop there in my opinion. You're better off going to the Coles near the Asian markets for Variety but it has been a while since I have been there so that could have changed too

Coles are usually a store of great quality and presentation, however the Rundle Mall Coles is incredible! Never thought I would take so much joy in visiting a grocery store until now.

Come on, Coles, there hasn't been any flat white or latte available on your coffee machine for almost 3 months now! It can't be that hard to get a technician in to fix the machine.

I regularly go into city, I buy my cat's food Sizzle Kangaroo steak, which she enjoys, I rotate her meals.so she eats a healthy diet, including biscuits & tinned Tuna in spring water which she enjoys,

One of the better Coles stores. Always fully stocked, staff a quick and friendly.
Also recently refitted with a coffee bar.
Has trolleys.

Big redo but the more things change, the more they stay the same! No consideration of the elderly or disabled. You have to hulk a plastic basket, none available on wheels Shame on you Coles. Lot greater range of pre prepared meals, generally overpriced.

All your food shopping needs are here. Store is clean and neat, prices are good and helpful staff

Don't like the vibe in here, but that is just my opinion. Also they lack an Asian food section and hot food section unlike Woolworths that has lots of hot food and Asian foods. Woolworths has better pricing. Not bad though.

Decent supermarket in the middle of Adelaide. Good range of products and plenty of registers. Very popular and usually very busy. Wide aisles allow people to move freely, but almost all registers are self serve, and the range of products is not as varied as a suburban store due to size.

Bought some water and food. Well spaced out store. Only issue there are too many self service checkouts

Fab huge Coles, always busy, under Rundle Mall. Had great fresh fruit and packaged falafel and tahini salad at a good price.

This Coles recently renovated and has since somehow become worse.

Aisles are frequently blocked by pallets and multiple staff kneeling on the ground packing during store hours. I'm a frequent customer (2-3x/week) and have noticed that ambulant customers struggle, and wheelchair using customers no longer even bother to enter the store.

No more deli counter; everything is pre-portioned and shelved. But please, tell us how you're reducing plastics at coles.com.au.

Fruit and veg section, esp shelved veg like lettuces is no less than 50 (often 70%) empty. I have a hungry rabbit to feed. A lettuce should not be a struggle for a national supermarket chain.

Has (seemingly) half the lines (products) of suburban stores. Frozen food lines and shelf space have been nearly halved.

Front of store is surprisingly sparse, given the rest of the store aisle has been compressed.

While staff are lovely, on at least 2 occasions this past month I have heard that staff have been (rudely) denied required breaks by the manager. What a way to treat these people they were praised as 'essential workers' just 12 months ago!

If I have the choice now, I'd instead go to the Grote St Coles, and that's not a vast improvement.

Good selection of shops, could do with more cafes and bars. Bit lacking in soul, needs more identity.

Really clean and extensive range. The staff are very helpful and the groceries are fresh and in stock. The store layout is a little hard to navigate, but everything you would need is there.

Deli, seafood, cheese sections closed down. NO MORE. Can't believe. You can't buy anymore 200grams of ham, few slices of cheese, small container of olives, piece of fish or 3 chicken drumsticks. How ridiculous! Hope vegetables and fruits won't be next to go. But you never know. It's Coles. Will be going across the Rundle Mall.

It is a Coles and the layout can be a little close together, however it is really clean and presentable. Staff have smiles and I can't complain, store seems to run smoothly and efficiently from my experience!
