Coles Rundle Mall

Grocery Manager (29/12: 1700) was extremely unhelpful, condescending and lacking in basic customer service skills.

Lovely staff, most produce is fresh. Great supermarket to come to, located in the central of Rundle Plaza, easy access to Rundle Mall and the buses which go on the Obahn on Grenfell St.

Classy place that I spend way too much time and money at. From every day lunch purchases of 2 jazz apples, 1 lime, a handful of mushrooms, 2 plums if in season, a banana, Coles brand Strawberry Licorice (why is this a rare sighting now? And no, raspberry licorice isn’t a good substitute as it blows dogs for quarters), 1 boost bar, 1 chocolate donut or blueberry muffin (depending on the state of the donuts), 1 large packet of burger rings and a treat for the ol’ doggo, Babbbbboooo.always good times.

Too expensive and not much variety of products. Puppy pads jumped from $7 to $12, almost doubled, outrageous, can buy a pack of 20 for $7 from kmart at Marion.

Busy little supermarket in the heart of Rundle Mall Melbourne. Only a few minutes walk from the Ibis Hotel. The fruit was beautiful and fresh and the shelves were well stocked. The store was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Which was great for a stranger in a busy inner city market who had no Idea where things were. 4****

Birds nesting above the produce section, bird poo on bakery and fresh produce items, unsanitary and pretty unsafe - disgusting a Multi million dollar company isn't doing something about it and continues to be open as usual - won't shop there

I'm getting sick an tired of the virtue signalling coming out of this supermarket and their objective to become involved with divisive political activism. I just want to do my shopping without this megga corporation shoving their politics down the throat of myself and my family. Under no circumstances will ever step foot in a Coles supermarket again.

Bad experience in self serve coffee! (19/08/2022) @19.44

If you can’t give the service then don’t put them into store!
After I made a cappuccino 1st coffee machine out of beans! Prompts, second coffee machine been out of milk and shows almond milk only! And paid $2.50 then coffee machine just stopped and prompts milk.
Asked for girl @self check out for help and after 5mins one guy name Tom came and I politely asked did you come for this? He says no and goes to customer service. After another 1min girl came and I asked the same question she did the same.
And this security guards comes and tells us that it’s going to be while for someone to be free to help us with coffee? ! (how the security guards hires from different company are doing customer @coles?) I said I parked my car upstairs @paid parking don’t have whole day to sit around wait for the coffee And this security guy literally walk out saying something ‘’rudddeeeee’’. And I walked out saying you will cope this on my review. After I walked out the guy named Tom came out but we have already left.
You better compensate my loss before I go to consumer affair.i have photos of your machines at time. Such a shame!

Staff is not helpful. No manners as far as customer service is concerned. They do not know what Coles sells and they simply said to me Coles doesn't sell them.

Great store and Alannah was a very beautiful person who knew customer service even though she was under pressure as per always have not enough staff on to compensate for customers.

I visited the store today and I asked for help to the lady at front end and she just stared at me as if how dare I speak to her. On top of that she just said that Coles doesn't sell them, what a big lie. I was asking for pizza dough. Staff is not helpful at all. IF you could find them. Moreover, you don't find a lot of items so better to go to your local Coles.

Can confirm this is easily the worst Coles store I’ve ever been too, these incidents are years apart but firstly I got falsely accused of theft without good reason but I bring this up as obviously they haven’t got much better because today they almost ran my disabled boyfriend over with their h cages they push around the store to replenish their stock without so much as an apology. It might have been a near miss but he suffers with epilepsy and if he hit his head he could have had a seizure due to this careless and inconsiderate act and overall most of their staff have been rude and disrespectful toward myself and him excluding only the duty manager.

I don't like going there the only problem is the only shopping centre around there is one at marden or Woolworth

Coles has been a local supermarket all over Adelaides suburbs, of course prices are competitive and sell large variety of fresh foods as well as pantry foods, toiletries, frozen foods and much more items needed in your home, great place to shop!

Great store but becoming increasingly expensive and some of my favourite brands are no longer on shelves, to many of their own brands on shelves now, if that's the case I hope they keep prices down on their own lines.

Whilst there prices are decent I don't like how they have removed all staffed checkouts in favour of automated ones

Such a wide range of groceries to buy here. However $7 for a sandwich just doesn't fly with me.

Very pleased with the efforts of Emma. She was cleaning and making the trolleys were clean and good service.

A medium size store located in the basement, very clean, lots of stock and amazing prices as usual.
Only seemed to be escalators to access the store.

Coles have a awesome range of dog treats like ram horns, sheep trachea, and lots of awesome treats for your lovely dog.
