Dr. Drakeley is the best doctor I have ever dealt with, he is always quick and on time, and is very helpful. Definitely recommend

Highly disapointed, avoid!
Doctors are always in a rush to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
Dr Wazid does not listen, interupts when you are mid sentance, is always rushing and offers no viable solutions or advice.
Zero Care factor across the board.

Dr Drakeley is one of the best GP's I have been to. Always runs on time (important for someone who is so time poor) and I feel well advised and listened to. If you enjoy a no-nonsense doctor, I would recommend!

I had a heart burn issue for months without any relief. After a couple of consultations with Dr. Harvey, he recommended something based on his intuition which turned out to be the correct course of action. Some doctors really listen. Real one.

Was so thrilled with Clovercrest Family Practice. Friendly and professional staff. The service Dr. Harvey Shahnam provided for me was wonderful. He explained the procedures and was highly helpful and considerate.
So happy I have found a good GP and.
It's rare to come by these days. Thank you guys! And Thank you Dr. Harvey!

Gets a little confusing here. They only Bulk bill if you have concession. Each time I've been in there, it's been a different story about the cost. I was advised the first time I went in that as it was my first time, there would be a $20 gap and then the rest would be Bulk Billed. They have Bulk Billed many appoints after my initial which I thought was the case. They advised me on my last appointment that I'm not meant to be bulked billed and required to pay the gap if I wanted to get my test results. I had to cancel my appointment due to not be able to afford the funds. For the quick service they provide at this practise, they should be Bulk Billing all patients.

Practice manager is a rather SHORT in stature and short in sympathy for people who have specialised Pain Requirements, Dr. Simon Drakely and her have no issues in being intrusive in your medical history and unshamedly discuss your PRIVATE RECORDS between themselves. Mind you the manager is just that, not even medicaly qualified to be openly told personal details in which Simon Drakely freely discussed with her. Mind you he was relieving my regular Doctor over the christmas break whilst he was away on leave, he not only talked unshamedly to the manager, he totally changed my Medication with no regard to any weaning process at all. I suffered horribly with withdrawal symptoms and was violently sick, i made a fuss and i was barred from that practice. Also a unsavoury record now follows me to my new practice plus i was reported to Medicare thanks to those horrid spiteful individuals, Simon Drakely you are a snobby pompous arrogant buffoon. Shame on you both

Book through health engine. Always on time. Why should I have to wait for you to be squeezed in when you were late? Bulk bill regulars, not new drop ins, this policy is stated on their website. Dr Wazid efficient and explains what needs to be explained, otherwise in and out quickly.

Doctors are wonderful but why I am waiting with an baby for an hour and half in an empty waiting room?

Very professional practice the doctor I see is always so helpful and knowledgeable - always treated well by reception staff and they always advise if the doctor is running late so that I can choose to wait in the waiting room or go to the shop. Very happy

Poor practice, avoid going there.
Their doctors change yearly and sometimes they bulk bill, sometimes they don’t.completely on their mood.no consistency

Now we see doctors at GP plus super clinic, always bulk billed and great doctors.

Such centres should realise that customer satisfaction and consistency is the key to stay in business.

Why are you billing me when I specifically used a doctor that bulk bills?

As per your website where I booked here is a direct quote: "As a predominantly bulk billing practice, we bulk bill all patients holding a valid Medicare card. However, please note that Dr Teh doesn’t bulk bill. For those not covered by Medicare or visiting Dr Teh, our fees are $62.05 for a standard consultation and $96.70 for a long consultation. Children under 18, Pension Card holders, and Concession Card holders are offered a $10 discount on fees, resulting in a fee of $52.05 for standard consultations and $86.70 for long consultations. Please contact the practice for all Dr Teh's appointments.  "

I have been to this place multiple times and not been billed. I did not use Dr Teh with any of my appointments. I am also covered by a valid medicare card.
Please update your website if other doctors don't bulk bill. As you are misleading people.
Or if this an error please stop sending me letters requesting money. Thank you.

Dr Teh is one of the best doctors ive come across. Amazingly thorough and caring. I'd prefer to see him over a paediatrician for my daughter any day. Very knowledgeable.

I have been a regular patient of theirs for the past 12months. The Doctors here are great but the receptionists, if you're a female Muslim, the receptionists treat you differently. Today a receptionist, whom I haven't seen before, she saw I was standing there but chose to ignore me until one of the other receptionists was available and yet she was more than willing to help the next patient after me.

Had my appointment cancelled on me because I was 8-10 minutes late, after taking a 1 hour trip, the lady at the desk was absolutely useless and they couldn’t squeeze me in for 1 minute to get a script! For insulin! Can easily say I’ll never be going there again

We bring our 2 children to see Dr Teh and he is amazing. He is very thorough and takes time to explain everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable and seems to have had a lot of experience dealing with children. We could not be happier with him as the doctor for our children. I highly recommend him. I only wish he saw adults also as I would make him my regular doctor if I could. The reception staff are also fantastic, always helpful and friendly.

Have found most of the doctors there to be very good, except for one. Believe he is an English Dr and he is rude, uncaring and incompetent. He missed my ear infection which resulted in me having to go back a third time and have more time off work and be in pain. All because he didn't look at me, listen to me or really care at all. Told me my neck was strained and to see a physio or get a massage and didn't even look in my ear even though I told him it was aching and sore to touch. Today he was rude and showed no interest in my daughter in laws health issues and reminded her after 4 minutes that it was only a 10 minute appointment and basically ushered her out just as he had done to me. So I would definitely not recommend this particular Dr with initials SD to anyone. I don't even think I would take my dog to him. If you don't like your job or people, get out of medicine!

The waiting room presence was kinda' suffocating and an old man kept staring at me. (and yes, I know this isn't the practices fault) Overall it just didn't feel very welcoming. But Dr Rose is great! Going back for her.

Currently waiting for the doctors to stop drinking coffee and having some sort of sales meeting with a pharmaceutical rep while a room full of patients is kept waiting, why make an appointment and then keep me waiting upwards of half an hour?

Doctors are unhelpful, intimidating and definitely not compassionate at all. They just want to get you in and out with total disregard for what the patient needs.
Their handling of mental health patients is poor at best. Having three full grown adults who are suppose to be 'doctors' demanding that I stop over reacting and having an anxiety attack rather than helping is just degrading and insulting.
They want you in and out in under 10 minutes and don't actually care about patients.
