43 Been a regular here for years seeing Dr Drakeley who's always been very professional. The staff are nice as well
Only downside is they've lost their fundings (for the time being) for bulk billing so you need to pay a gap if not on concession. But if you have Medicare, you'll be reimbursed just over half. I don't mind too much paying the fee if it's for good service.
I was told they bulk billed, had one appointment then was told it was $50 upfront to see doctor even though I have pension concession, now they want $60 + $9.50 to transfer my records to another clinc. Disgusting
Very friendly staff from reception, to management and clinical staff. Doctor very professional and understanding.
Had a great experience with Dr Kai at Clovercrest Practice recently. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this medical center.

Dr Wazid has given me the worst service a doctor has ever given me. He does not listen and does not care.
Used to be a good practice, but now charging $30 is outrageous, then I ask to move my records to another practice and they want almost $70! For my own records, never had to pay a cent previously, glad to be moving on!
They have gone to mixed billing. I had the flu and the GP gave me a certificate for 1 day. When asking what about if I am still unwell tomorrow he stated "you will have to come back and pay again".
Professional and supportive family practice. Excellent doctors and fantastic staff who go above and beyond to help their patients. Would highly recommend them.
The doctors are fine, but the management is very poor.
I’m a pensioner and have been a patient for over 15 years, yet I have been charged for the removal and biopsy of a suspect mole on my back. The Practice Manager refuses, for no given reason, to bulk bill for this procedure despite Medicare having a specific item number for this procedure. The doctor told me he couldn’t help and the practice is owned by a Trust in NSW, so there is no one to appeal to for a reversal of this unfair and arbitrary invoice for what is a standard and obviously necessary procedure.
I’m extremely unhappy about the way I’ve been dealt with by the Practice Manager, Diane Barak, and the way I have had my objections fobbed off. If I don’t pay up she’ll ban me from the clinic and I’ll have to find a new doctor. No wonder their waiting room is increasingly empty.
Update: Ms Barak has now banned me as a patient and continues to refuse to bill Medicare for the procedure. No actual explanation forthcoming. Great way to treat their pensioner patients.
This place is appalling doctors don't want to be doctors, they don't want to see sick patients because their scared of getting sick, if your so scared don't work as a doctor because hate to break you the news that is your job to treat sick people not ohhh you'll be escorted out if you have a cough or cold etc, receptionists same deal they are to scared to have anyone in there they kept the doors locked for ages and the practice refuses to see people if they are unvaxxed even though everyone vaxxed or unvaxxed catch covid and can spread it around, please do everyone a favour and leave being gps to doctors who actually do what doctors are meant to thanks.

I returned to this clinic after living interstate for 4 years. My 1st visit back, I brought my interstate medical records & I requested a repeat prescription & follow up blood test.
Dr Amna Mateen refused a new prescription of my usual medication, even though she had prescribed it for me prior to my interstate leave and told me it was also illegal to prescribe panadine forte in SA. She treated me like an addict & said she could not prescribe it because she didn't know how long ago I had my last script. I stated that it was all in the records I presented to her but she refused to look claiming she had no time.
She then prescribe me a new medication that can not be taken with the other meds I was also taking. Her lack of professionalism is disgusting!
After a tough couple of years for the health industry and health workers in general this practice, its doctors and its staff have kept their service standards at a high level and continue to focus on providing the best service possible for their patients and their community. Clovercrest provide an invaluable and critical service for this community - thank you and keep up the great work!
I will never return to this practice. Saw Dr. Shahnam and he was amazing. Sadly, he has moved on. Likely because he didn't want to work with the other uncaring doctors at this practice.
Dr. Wazid is particularly awful. He should not be practicing. He has no empathy or care for people at all. He needs to be doing research or a position where he has no people contact.
My sister was denied her appointment due to her vaccination status yesterday. She ended up in hospital last night having her appendix removed. They could see how distressed she was and was still refused. She went home and rang health direct who called the ambulance on her.
This practice is so professional and really cares about healthcare, they have been amazing during these difficult times, looking after me and my family. I feel like I am in a safe environment. Keep up the good work!
This medical centre believes in and agrees with discrimination between people who are vaccinated and not vaccinated, my daughter has been a long term patient here and was refused her test results because she didn't answer whether she is vaccinated.
If the medical staff are vaccinated and all other precautions are being upheld then what is the issue?
This medical centre is a absolute joke, I would have a second thought before coming to this joint with the rude staff that enforces medical segregation.
Dr Jayenthi is so thorough and knowledgeable. She has a very gentle nature and is amazing with my 1 year old. The whole team are so welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend. Won’t go anywhere else now!
Disgusting service, I have been there multiple times worried about lumps in my neck, as I have family history of cancer took them twice to even take it serious so asked for a thyroid test the doctors couldn’t even call me to tell me my results were in I had to chase them up then gave me a phone call doctor WAZID felt the lumps and just pretty much was like yer I don’t know why they are there, no offer for ultrasound or nothing just sent me on my way with no explanation or anything, I am now booked into at st Agnes surgery too have a PROFESSIONAL look at it. And if I get bad news I will even consider taking legal action on them.
I've been going here for a number of years and been to quite a few of the doctors but saw Dr Harvey Shahnam for the first time today and was happy to find a doctor who seems to really care. He was incredibly thorough and I felt that he actually listened to me and my issues. Highly recommend him especially for mental health.
