Secured a coveted spot in the cafe - window seat in a cozy nook, perfect for people watching. Ordered a slice of the mango pineapple chiffon which was light and fluffy, moistened with sugar syrup, and topped with a thick layer of airy whipped cream. Spent 3h chilling in my seat while listening to the background tunes and reading my book. What a lovely way to romanticise my morning

Worst matcha ever powder was barely diluted, i asked for sweetener in my matcha, she didnt even put any.it was so grainy and watery. For an 8.90 dollar drink, just buy somewhere else.

We had a birthday celebration there and tried their high tea set. The savoury were delicious, cakes were okay. Drinks were the weaker link.

I tried almond croissant, it was average in taste, texture and flavour. Definitely not worth the money. If you are into aesthetics and want to click some nice pictures then this cafe might interest you.

Lovely little gem hidden in Adelaide Arcade. Had high tea with my daughter and we both enjoyed! Unlimited drinks were the best.

Cielo is a modern style tearoom in the heart of the CBD serving organic handcrafted tea blends and pastries from the makers of Fresia & Cassia. I remember they were busy and had a small but cozy space. The almond croissants are a hard fine as they always run out by mid day. Probably not the best I’ve had till date, but they’re still great. True passion shown within staff and the products.

I highly recommend Cielo! Their cakes and pastries are fresh and delicious. Their coffee and teas are made to perfection. The owner is so friendly and very welcoming. Trust me when I say you'll be coming back for more!

Such a cute little place! Amazing range of hot and cold drinks, and such amazing tea! All organic ingredients in their super yummy pastries and feeding both my sweet and savoury needs. Have been going here for ages and all the staff are so nice and helpful, and the owner is super funny and kind! Would recommend for anyone looking for a little drink and bite to eat!

We ordered a custom strawberry shortcake from Cielo and absolutely loved it! Communication was easy and they went above and beyond with this cake.

The wonderful owner of Cielo helped me surprise my sister with a special request for her birthday. We had called several other bakeries requesting a strawberry shortcake but none of them were willing to make it. I reached out to Cielo and asked if she would be able to make a strawberry shortcake with super short notice, and she was so gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond my expectations and created a cake that I will dream of for years. Not only did she make us a strawberry shortcake, but she put so much heart and love into the cake. I will definitely be coming back to order cakes and pastries for functions. HIGHLY recommend Cielo for your cake and pastry needs.

Have been here a few times now! The service is amazing, all the staff are so friendly, helpful and cheerful. The love for the products this gorgeous lady is producing are full of love and passion. I have enjoyed all the cakes and food from this place.

Recently I wanted to order some cakes for a family members birthday, as she loves the Portuguese Custard Tarts from here and think they are the best she has ever had! I messaged “Cielo” on Instagram and she especially made some Portuguese custard tarts & madeleines for me. She even added a alfajor in for free (which was delicious, not going to lie I ate it).

Can’t wait to book in here for a high tea! Thanks for the amazing experiences xxx

I’ve been to the Cielo Tea Room at the Adelaide Arcade, Rundle Mall twice now. I had a chai latte the first time, then a London Fog tea paired with a Portuguese tart the second time. The pastries taste exquisite and are made in house. The shop is very aesthetic with art pieces, cloud mirrors by Cloud n Clo, and even the food itself is beautifully presented. Chaveli, the owner, is so lovely and kind, and it’s always a pleasure to chat to her. It’s definitely worth a visit, I can’t wait to go again in 2023.

We had high tea for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely wonderful! The women who looked after us did the most amazing job with the menu and catered excellently to our dietary requirements. Everyone who works there are passionate and thoughtful, and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing and personal high tea. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
