CIBO Espresso reviews
40 Very Poor customer.recently had a focaccia polo and found a dead moth between the bread.although customer service was rude the slim built girl “She only serves people who she knows and if she doesn’t know yohh in she would make you wait at the counter for so long
Wouldn’t recommend going there
This place definitely need a new management
I've had some really good light lunches here. The salads are fresh and the service is always good.
What I love about Cibo is that they have maintained their standards now for many years. The coffee is always good, and the food choices are great. Well done guys!
Very friendly staff. We ordered two gelato ice-creams and were gobsmacked at the size of the portions - very generous!
Visited the cafe at 9am on a Friday morning 27th December 2019. I always love coming to this cafe but today was much different. The girl serving was rude, looked like she didn’t want to be there and like she was better than everyone else. She got annoyed and rolled her eyes when I answered her question to having the order take away or dine in. In addition to this her skirt was just too short and not appropriate in anyway. Overall I am fairly disappointed and will not be returning.
Fan d'angelos coffee made by barristers ego know their stuff. Plenty of food options, and S great outdoor seating area. Very happy staff and service, also dog friendly.
Coffee is meant to be the same in every Cibo, but this one disappoints almost every time. We won't be back.
Good coffee backed up with great customer service and some banter to boot. I like the food selection and the fact they were not closed early.
Great coffee, lovely staff, nice warm setting & plenty of space to sit and enjoy. Thanks again.
A spacious cafe with plenty of places to work or catch up for a chat. Good food though mid range price.
Poor lacklustre service from barista on morning of 24th March. If you dont enjoy your job then change otherwise whilst you are getting paid at least appear to be customer friendly. Coffee was a waste of money as well.
Yesterday was the second time I paid for a $6 iced coffee that was not filled to the top with milk & the smallest scoop of ice cream. Should have taken a picture of it. Why does CIBO do this? They did it at Marion shopping centre and the Hutt St guy was so rude to me last time I went there. Just SCRIMPY on their milk spend your money else where
Great coffee, really lovely team working in this store. We travelled from Canberra for a wedding and this place was our early morning go to coffee spot.
Coffee rarely disappoints so i haunt this place. Staff are good: Laid back but attentive. Open at important hours. I think they only closed for xmas - important for coffee lovers wanting their fix. No wifi but power points are available for laptop charging available which is very handy. The foodland/north adelaide village car park is useful when onstreet parking is limited as you can get 2hrs free i think. Their fruit salad appears to comes straight from the fab green grocer each morning in the north adelaide village which is nice to know it’s prepared fresh.
Horrible service, I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes while the customer in front of me and the barista were having a good old conversation while she was making a coffee. Then when she finished his coffee she just carried on squeezing oranges. I had to walk out empty handed, extremely unhappy.
Cibo is the best coffee in adelaide, Adam, rosalie, aless, and the cibo crew rock! Dont miss out!
I have given up on this Cibo's franchise. Used to my daily 'local' for a quiet morning coffee for the past 4 years but has gone downhill! Service has become automated rather than friendly with staff much more interested in talking (often loudly) among themselves than talking to and serving customers. Biggest problem is that the 'head-banging' music volume has gone up considerably (obviously a favourite of the staff! - Again, customers rank second!) and this ALSO competes with the TV volume! Forget it if you want any sort of peaceful respite - and, incidentally, coffee is only average! Should be one-star but I have added a star for what it USED to be like!
Lovely staff, always welcoming. Probably considered my local. The coffee is good and consistent and a very nice ambience whether inside or out.
Expecting a lovely morning coffee I ordered a latte. My milk was burnt and I received a flat white. Disappointing from such a good franchise who is usually reliable and trustworthy for decent coffee in a nice area. Had they been busy, I would have understood.
