Food is always good and staff are friendly.

Wait times for pick up orders on Friday nights between 5: 30 and 7 have been half an hour longer than their estimated pick up times.

Their usually quite busy though so I don't mind waiting, they call when the food is ready so you can wait outside or in the car.

Just arrive a 15 min later so I don't have to sit around too long.

Consistently fantastic food from these guys. Vindaloo is probably the best I've had. There are closer and faster Indian restaurants to where I live, but the serving sizes, quality of the meat (not full of gristle like a lot of places) and the flavour make the wait absolutely worth it. Would give them 6 stars if I could. I recommend ordering directly over the phone from the restaurant instead of using Uber Eats, it's slightly cheaper, and the restaurant gets more of the money. I recommend Chillies to anybody who asks me

Totally stupid…. Never order from Uber eats and Menulog. I always have to wait at least more than one hour and then call three four times. After that they delivered my food. My last and final order….

Nice food but food delivered half an hour late and cold. No phone call no apology. If we had known it was going to take an hour and 15 minutes and cold we would have gone elsewhere.

Rang several times after food was 40min late! Finally got a 'sorry it will be another 20minutes' when someone was able to find the order.

What a way to run a business?

I just like this place - friendly & helpful staff, always delicious and pricing is very good value. Peak times can see slightly optimistic time estimates but is worth the wait.
I've ordered many times & they have never made mistake with items.

Food is amazing! Only thing is expect a long wait on a Friday. The customer service is lovely.
Their butter chicken is absolutely delicious and so are their naans. Good prices.

1. Not worth the price.
2. We thought the taste might be better with that bit high price but disappointed.
3. The gravy (base) seems to be same for both veg and non veg and for all curries (example cannot differentiate between kadai paneer and lamb Rogan josh except the meat)

Amazing food and service, one of the dishes wasn't nice they offered any other dish from the menu and they end up not charging for it.always tasty and freshly prepared.

I have ordered from here a number of times and everything was fine no problems but tonight I made an order over the phone for delivery, I patiently waited 1.5 hours and called for them to say oh yes we tried to call you but the number is wrong (we confirmed the number and address when I originally called to order) they could have just come to my house, no need to call!
Disgusting and frustrating after a long hard day at work! If you’re too busy don’t take the order in the first place SOOOO MAD!

Delicious food, unfortunately no wheelchair access into restaurant, sitting outside won't be an option in cold weather

While the food in itself is good (we enjoyed it before) we now had two really bad experiences with both pickup and a delivery. On the pickup arrived at the 45m mark as told and ended up waiting another 45min. And I was not the only one there waiting longer than expected times. Just now on the delivery. Again 45m. Called after hour and a half and delivery has not left yet. Promises delivery in 20m while our address is 3min tops away from their place. When the food finally arrived 2h after ordering it was half cold. Won't be ordering from them again.

Waited for a half hour. Staff didn't have courtesy to attend. I think owner should train staff more thoroughly. People go out for a good time staff is literally rude while serving and taking order. Lady at the counter gets an extra marks for bad customer service.

Best naan bread I've ever had. Also one of the best curries I've ever had and I've had a lot of curries

The staff were friendly, the menu was very extensive and had items that other Indian restaurants rarely have such as the chicken Vindaloo which I must add.was AMAZING! The garlic naan bread was so good, the best I've had from a restaurant period. The meal was prepared rather quickly and my husband and I didn't need to wait very long at all. Overall we were very happy with our meal. Thanks Chillies!

Worst experience ever. Ordered uber eats, couldn't track meal as apparently they use their own drivers. Delivery time kept changing, called them 3x and they said they had no way of contacting driver, he must have gotten lost. We saw strange car about 30 minutes after it was meant to be dropped off and he was leaving another house. I asked him if he had food delivery etc and he said yes and left it at the wrong house. Had we not approached him we never would have known. Food itself was disgusting. Paid $80. $5 alone for small rice that smelled like dirt and tasted foul. My chicken dish had about 4 pieces of chicken, undercooked. Vegetables still raw. Everything was cold, and gross. Never again.

Poor service. Booked for 630pm dinner and waited 25mins with no service not even a drink offer. We walked out. Its our regular place NOT ANYMORE.

Super yummy food.easily the best korma in town. Also the somosa chat is next level. The Chicken Tikka is always juicy and full of flavour. Not once has it been dry in the 4-5 times I've ordered it. 10/10 from me:)
