The food here is great, the flavours are very diverse and the presentation is second to none, love going here!

The food and service at that place sucked. We ordered “Shahi Paneer”, but it didn't taste good, so we asked for it to be made spicier. But then they just threw some grated dry chili on top of the shahi paneer and it tasted nasty. And don't even get me started on the service - it was trash. They didn't even try to fix the problem.

Terrible experience.
We have eaten here many times and enjoyed the food in years past but we will not be returning again.
I ordered takeaway over the phone and clarified our order at the end of the phone call to make sure it was correct. When I arrived, one of the items was completely missed. They said they will make it immediately and 10 minutes later they had it ready and handed me my takeaway and all was fine. When I got home to my family my wife questioned what I ordered. The meals turned out to be all different from what we ordered. Very unhappy and frustrated about this I drove back and my original takeaway order was still out on the table in which I decided to kindly ask for a refund as the food had been out 40 minutes. The girls behind the counter did not apologize or take any responsibility apart from saying they were new. They tried to offer me a refund of one of the meals which I did not accept. I persisted standing at the counter until finally they gave me a refund. No effort whatsoever was given to make amends for what had taken place with their mistakes. I felt this was extremely poor service.

Very unprofessional and do not regret for bad servicing and bad attitude. Waited for 1.5 hrs for food even we have booking.

Worst service in the Adelaide… waited for nearly 2 hours for food still did not get it.
We left the place without food n apologies. Very very very unprofessional….

We booked few tables for a group of 15 people to dine in. We did not get the food even after 2 hours. The owner did not come out and even apologies for such a poor service. Instead he charged us for papadum and salted lassis which came 1 hour after we ordered. We left without food and apology. I would not go here again and recommend to anyone else.

We booked a few tables for 20 people 1 day earlier and when we got there they weren’t ready we waited 1hr 30mins and left without getting any food. Only lassi. They stilled charged us full price for the lassi after the long wait and then did not even apologise. The owner / head chef was also very rude he didn’t have the courtesy to come out and say sorry. I would never recommend to go and dine.
I am giving 1 star because there is no options for 0 stars, as they don't deserve any stars.

Horrible Aloo tikki.just heated some frozen stuff with sweet chili sauce.

Ordered chiken tikka masala, tasted sweet seems like they used butter chicken sauce to make it, very white washed, highly priced with not at all authentic taste

They used to be good but now it's not.the taste of food is changed the quality of food has gone down.

Seems they made naan from don’t know from how many days old flour. Honestly worst naan experience I have ever from this restaurant, just waisted my time and money and had to cook with fresh flour at home.

We ordered food at 5: 10 pm and it wasn't delivered until 6: 50 pm on a Thursday. Pathetic. The naan was cold and the rest was barely lukewarm. Flavour was good but the lamb shank was disappointing because it was small and most of the container was awash in a thin curry. It was also supposed to be a spicy dish, but it could only be described as mild. There are much better places around.

I have order many times before 1 hour bcz I know the food is never ready. Even after going their after 1 hour you still have to wait for another 30mins. If you can provide the service please close your restaurant please don't waste ppl's time. I don't know what drugs chef takes that you have to wait everytime. Food is good but everytime ppl don't have time. Worst service ever timewaster.

I don't eat there but have their take away meals. Excellent food. Tried other Indian restaurants don't match Chillies

4th November, between 8 and 10.30pm who ever was working the phone and taking orders kept hanging up, being rude, and zero help. I waited 3 hours for my order, for her to tell me it was sent when it wasnt. She wouldn't give me her name, but if you're the owner of this establishment I'd be finding new front of house staff.

Totally unreliable delivery which is all done by the restaurant itself not via UE or Menulog, almost an hour late after frequent promises of ten more minutes each time we called. The food was okay but nothing special and certainly nothing to be worth the terrible level of service. Unless you have no issue microwaving take out whenever it happens to arrive then go to one of the hundreds of other Indian restaurants in Adelaide for a half decent experience!

I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a take away meal that I had pre ordered, only to later receive overcooked and burnt food.

The food isn't bad, nothing special (and apparently can't make a particularly spicy vindaloo) but the delivery (which the restaurant does themselves) is terrible, over 45 minutes late tonight and each time we called it was "10 minutes away" just a terrible level of service. By the time it arrived (not cold but not hot either) our guests had left and was all just a waste. If they had been honest about the delivery time from the start could have all not messed each other around
