Chicken Hutt

Portuguese chicken burger is my go to. Absolutely smashable and has a nice little spicy heat. Chips are good, fish is good. Very consistent. Waiting times are just long enough to grab a drink from the bottle shop and come back for pick up. Customer service is good, staff are friendly and efficient.

Would not recommend. First order was wrong, second order was missing food. Was offered food next time I come in or to come pick it up again after everyone was already eating so went hungry both times as who wants to eat half their meal cold. Dealt with a child on the phone who had no idea about customer service which is fair enough as he is a child and shouldn't be on phones to begin with. Was read back my order which included missing item, then was told by another staff member that they never had that written down, obviously trying to save face. Learn to write down orders.

Decent food but ordered at few times now and something is always different then my order! Staff not very friendly at all! Could be a good place

Called to order at 7.45 when it states they close at 8.30 and was rudely told they will not take our order as they are closing soon. It's a shame because the food is generally good but the service is dismal.

Love the food, fish, yiros, chicken, chips and gravy.however, the staff and owner are less than friendly, when calling in a phone order and get huffed and puffed at.

Disappointing this time as crumbed sausage ordered, paid but not received. Also, asked for chips with snitzel pack and received vegetables.

Abundance of chips in Fisherman's Basket, however calamari was tough and prawns not included. Also price had increased.

Great food great service you always leave with a smile and knowing your about to have a full belly

Tradition is running, Home made Hamburgers n steak Sandwich, yam. Special Greek lamb yiros n milk shakes. Thick shakes to name some. Give a visit

Love this place. Best chicken chips and gravy ive found and their Yiros is ridiculously good. I will not go to another chicken shop. Only problem is they are always running out of roast chook. I hate to think of how much business they miss out on when people log in to menulog, uber eats etc at 5.30pm and all the chicken dishes are already unavailable. Maybe a name change to "sometimes" chicken hutt?

The lady always there is lovely but it's such a shame you basically need to buy lunch before 1pm and dinner before 6.30 even on weekends to ensure they actually have chicken on hand.

Look I understand business's are struggling but what is the point of buying fish and chips or any kind of sea food if you keep forgetting to give a slice of lemon. Yes lemons are expensive but so is purchasing sea food so for the love of jesus I really hope you pick up your game. I will give you guys one last chance to right your wrong as as much as you guys have truly let me down, I have enjoyed the fish when you've actually provided the bloody lemon.

The best chips ever, the chicken yiros was huge and so fresh. Will definitely be going there again.

Not being able to get the mega death yiros pack every week has been the most devastating part of moving suburb

Food is good and service is fast and efficient. Could do with bubblier customer service as a smile goes a long way.

Unfortunately wont be going there again wish i could post a photo to show how overcooked my fishermans basket was. Fish, prawns and calamari bordering on inedible. And to top it off half a cup of salt to season. The actual meat of the fish tasted ok when i chiselled the batter off.

Standard takeaway shop, staff are friendly & prices okay. Their equivalent of an AB (the yiros stack) is one of the best I've had, lots of sauce & good chips, but the chicken was a little dry.

Have been a regular for a while and previously enjoyed coming to chicken hutt.that is until they lost my order. After I eventually asked them if it would be ready soon because 10 people who ordered after me received their order before me, I was told they had lost my order. They didn't even care that they lost my order and were extremely rude to me about it.

Great, hot food. Very generous in the servings. Will be back and would recommend anyone to go there for a great hot feed.
