Disgusting, not sure if it's because of the new owners, but I had a roast pack, the roast was like boot leather, ridiculous amount of salt, to the point of the roast being uneditable, so much, potato bake was like soup, to much cream, but the chips were nice. I think the recommended star rating should be 2.

Terrible roast dinner $22.50! Each meal and brought 2.meat very dry peas tasted like came from a can I won't be going back there I didn't even finish it such waste of money I'd add a picture of I could

Worst hamburgers we have ever had.
They used to have nice burgers before new owners. Pattie was tasteless.
Had chicken and chips the other week and the chicken was dry and over cooked. Time to find a new takeaway I think!

Even though roast meat on its own is a menu item, the new owners refuse to sell you the amount you ask for even if they have it, because they would rather leave it for roast packs. They are rude about it when questioned. We were going to spend a lot of money on our whole order, but decided to cancel and walk out. Won't be going back.

I love this Chicken Shop.
The staff are always friendly and it's a very clean, open environment.
The gravey has a great flavour too.
Highly recommend supporting this local chicken shop.

New owners clearly changed things around to cut costs. The chips do not even compare to what they used to be. Won't be coming back unfortunately.

Got a schnitzel pack for my wife and toddler to share. Got home and was pink, called the restaurant and the man assured me that it was not pink and he checked it. Very disappointed for the price and service

Ordered 250g of lamb yiros meat and a 250g of chicken yiros meat. Got all the way home to Aldinga to make said yiros with the meat…. Opened up the container upon weighing the meat there was only 159g in the lamb, and 203g of chicken. This cost nearly $30. When I rang to complain all I got was excuses and no offer to replace or refund. The lady tried telling me the meat was weighed! I’m no mathematician but what is advertised on the board DID NOT amount to what I paid for! Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT BOTHER!

My partner and I ordered and ate at the shop, I had quarter chicken and chips with gravy, my partner had fish and chips. My gravy was disgusting, thick and tasteless. My partners fish and chips were dark brown, definitely looked horrible, half an hour later he had tummy pains and felt very ill, he had diarrhoea and temperature for 3 days after with a chronic headache, will never eat there again, very very disappointed.

Not good tonight. Paid for can of coke with uber delivery did not get. Asked for egg and cheese did not get.

Drive past plenty of other chip shops to get to this one. I appreciate the no-nonsense service and they all handle the pressure well, honourable mention to the young chap.

This place was our favourite chicken shop up until today. I called to place an order for Christmas Eve. And the lady who answered the phone was very dry and blunt, like it was such an Inconvenience to be taking my order. Then after that, she then rudely cut me off while taking my order to inform me they "don't cut people's chickens" (didn't explain until after I mentioned to her that I had previously ordered there lots of times before, and had my chickens cut for me, that it was only over Christmas time) but then after interrupting me, she then told me she actually didn't think they were taking any more orders as it was, so she went and asked someone else in the shop, and the other person responded in the background, "NO NO NO MORE ORDERS" she then came back to the phone and bluntly told me they weren't taking no more orders. It was then that I said, "that's fine, however I have had my chickens cut for me before" she then responded with "yeh we usually do but not on Christmas it's to busy we can't handle the extra pressure, and it's to hard for us to cut people's chickens for them along with everything else. " She was so rude to me that I couldn't even be bothered letting her finish, so I said "not a problem seeya later" and ended the call. Because of this one lady, I have now been put off of this chicken shop. Which is a shame. All it takes is one person to change a customers view. We won't be returning any more. Word of advice, if you don't like your job, and can't be polite to your customers, you shouldn't be in that type of industry.

Ordered home delivery. Not specified on the menu that the chicken yards we ordered was just chicken meat. $10 for 125g of dried up chicken meat. My portagese chicken burger was overcooked with a smattering of lettuce and onion. Bloody disgraceful

When i ask for 100 grams of lamb i expect it not 80 grams and throw so many chips all over the top maybe try serving it up abit more presentable not worth the money you guys need to learn the difference between a dippy dog and a pluto dog

I enjoyed the chips after a while. They started off really hot and burnt my mouth quite quickly.xxx

Came in at 7.30pm, was only told they had the deep fryers as they were cleaning up.an hour early.left instantly, didn't bother as i felt like a quater chook but no, only had cold ones.

Ordered medium chips, chicken schnitzel pack and 2 dim sims waited over an hour for it to arrive with everything being cold and the chips tasted horrible and the chicken schnitzel was cold and soggy, ended up eating 2 dim sims for a $45 meal.definitely not coming back.ever

These guys are great. Very friendly and they don't skimp on the salads. All salads are made in store daily so you know you're getting something fresh. Huge variety available, I'm sure you'll find something on the menu that you'll enjoy for lunch or tea.

Really disappointing, had been waiting for over 30 mins just for small chips! While big orders were being served though the chips were good still not happy about the big wait.

Can't even follow simple instructions. I've ordered from here twice and each time I've specially requested no gravy and selected the "no gravy" option in the menulog app when ordering and still recieved my meal swimming in gravy!
