Cataract Surgery SA reviews
31 Well here i am writing this with no glasses I can see perfectly now thanks to Dr. G. Fraenkel, what a wonderful man,
All his staff are very helpful and understanding, i have waited 15 years i should have done it much sooner,
Thank you
I have had my first cataract procedure, with still one eye to do but so far my experience has been wonderful. No pain or redness. Can see clearly on my 2nd day post op. Great information provided and Dr Fraenkel is available any time for any concerns.
Now had both eyes done, 2nd eye was a bit gritty but no pain or anything to worry about. AND my vision is now 20/20! No glasses required! Have some halos around lights in my vision but not bothering me and i was advised prior to the procedure about this so i was prepared for it and could take it into account when choosing lenses. I cant recommend Dr Fraenkel and staff at Laser Vision more highly. Just great. Jenny.
Amazing, quality service and, results. You’re made welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process.
When I first approached Dr Fraenkel at Laser Vision SA for my cataract operation I was filled with trepidation. I wanted my sight restored but I was fearful of the surgery I would have to undergo. My fears were completely unwarranted. In the skilful hands of Dr Fraenkel and his capable team the procedure was trouble free, pain free and most importantly, successful.
Many thanks Dr Fraenkel.
Very professional and a great caring team the whole family have used Dr Fraenkel and would highly recommend. I was very well informed and the procedure was quick and easy and recovery time was fast.
I would love to recommend going to Laser Vision and seeing Dr Graham Fraenkel about getting rid of your glasses for good. Had mine done three weeks ago and it has been awesome not wearing glasses anymore. My vision has been improving each day. It most definitely worth the money. You really do receive wonderful service by everyone at the clinic and also when you receive your surgery. A very big thank you to Dr Fraenkel and staff. Very happy customer
I have to say this must be one of the easiest operations I’ve ever undertaken. Eyesight is so important to us all. Now to have it corrected in this manner has been more than 100% successful. I now see colours more clearly and my vision is better than 2020. I highly recommend anyone considering eyesight correction in this manner to go for it as this was a smoothest operation I’ve ever had.
A few days after my cataract operation, I drove at night, in the rain, wearing no glasses. This was something I didn’t find too easy beforehand. The difference was incredible.
I’m a recreational pilot & can’t wait to go flying without the limitations of wearing glasses.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Laser Vision SA to anyone contemplating cataract surgery. This has been a life-changing experience.
Dr Frankel and his staff are friendly and very efficient.
The surgery
was painless and so quick, and after the surgery care was perfect I am so happy that I don't need distance glasses any more and grateful to be able to see more clearly
Thanks for the great experience. I was a little bit nervous about the operation to start with but all the staff at LV sa were very reassuring and explained everything to me.
The op has been a great success and Chris T has checked my new sight arrangements and I am just waiting for my new prescription glasses to arrive. Chris said it was one of the best cataract jobs he had seen.
Just one item. Naturally there were lots of oldies also getting their eyes done and I wonder how many of them realised they would have to buy temporary glasses to be able to see until they finished their drops. I just bought elcheepo ones from my local chemist which are doing the job until my new ones arrive. Maybe you could mention this necessity to your patients to help them to manage. A range of glasses in house may be something you could consider.
Chris also showed me a picture of an cataract implant which showed how it fits in the eye and is held on place. Very interesting.
Thanks again for your assistance and help to recover my sight.
Regards Ross Bray (Douglas).
