Unlike most other cash convertor stores I've visited, the stock ve seen is not cleaned or presented well. Items are thrown everywhere and staff do not show interest in helping as they have at other stores.
Items I have tried purchasing have had missing parts critical for functioning.
Staff blame customers who trade them even though thow they are meant to check each item prior to purchasing them.
Air-conditioning is extreemly poor, only area it seems to function is at the register. I couldn't help but notice most floor staff segregated there

Very disappointed and a huge let down to the name.
Many core believes in there delivery statement are just not implemented

Staff were friendly and assisted me with what I wanted from webshop.

I took some items in to get a loan and the girl behind the counter yells out we aren't doing anything at this time. The time was 5.15pm and they don't close till 5.30. Very very poor customer service. 15 minutes left before they closed. I wouldn't recommend them to my dead grandmother. Lift ya act hey!

Copped some quality PS2 games from here which was exactly what I wanted however the main standout with this one over the others is that the store layout is so easy to follow and everything is where you would expect making for a simple and casual browsing experience for all who enter

Great store very good price I went to Hampstead Gardens and they only offered me 60 dollars when iv been a very good customer there for many years and got 70 for one piece and this time I had 2 of them. Went to prospect and got 100 no questions asked whatsoever.but I called today to make a payment only to be told I can't make a payment over the phone which I have never heard of this ever in my life I have made hundreds of payments over the phone. But the lady was very helpful and saved me extra interest so big 4 stars good shop

You can go into these stores 99 times and find nothing useful and on the 100th visit snag a great bargain. It really depends on what people have brought in to sell. Make sure you carefully check the price of any item before buying as they can sometimes be charging more for a used item than it would cost you to buy new. Buyer beware. As long as you know what you're looking at you should be ok.

First time Seller great experience, ted led me through what I needed to do. Walked out with what I wanted left what I didn’t. Didn’t spend a cent. Awesome!

Always checking out gaming stuff for my son got a great Acer Monitor from the knowledgeable IT guy. Also lady sold a few items knows her jewellery. Will be back again for Smart TV Advice.

Bought a group of items from this store online for pick up. Got an email of a refund being processed for the items shortly after. Phoned and asked them why, they said they'd get back to me and never called back.
They relisted them and sold them to someone else. Now I'm out of pocket $100 for a few days waiting and they sold my items to someone else.
Absolutely abhorrent store, can't manage their own services, rude and unhelpful. Never buying from them again and warn anybody else not to as well.

They have a vending machine with cherry cokes, the stuff is pretty expensive but they have cherry coke so I go there for that

Went here to buy a cheap phone, staff were unhelpful, phone stock was significantly overpriced. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

It is a great store to shop at they have a big range of things to buy and if you need a personal loan then they are the guys to see the staff there are always very friendly and helpful

Whatever happened to customer service? They refused to hold a product for any more than the remainder of the current day, due to advertising it on "several different platforms". I offerred to pay over the phone with credit card, they would not do it. They said I could pay by card via one of the online platforms, which would required me to pay additional postage fees and have it delivered to me. It didnt matter what I tried to do, I ended up missing out on the product. Very disappointing

I purchased online at this store after speaking to Leanne on the phone.

I forgot to include the discount code I was given over the phone, Leanne chased me down and provided it to my purchase and saved me a few dollars.

Terrible experience, I picked a set of Panasonic speaker worth of $15 and asked one of the staff if it’s compatible with my TV. He went to the reception to check on the system and said sorry he can not sell as it’s been sold.

If it was sold then should have sold sticker on them or may be in reserved area.

So disappointed!

Would not recommend to any.
