We cannot say THANK YOU enough to you and your amazing team! Honestly, it was hands down the best wedding food we have ever had. We got countless compliments and people absolutely raving about it on the night and the next day. Everyone said they were absolutely full to the brim with delicious food, which was one of our concerns having a cocktail style wedding - people not eating enough but you guys definitely catered for our food loving crowd! John especially would like to say a huge thanks for the sliders - they were by far his favourite on the night and the fact you guys catered for that special request was outstanding to us and made our wedding feel more “us”. The service of the staff was absolutely impeccable, from coming around to us personally and offering us food - even though often we didn’t take it because we were running around like headless chooks, we so appreciated the diligence and service. The toastie bar was absolutely epic, I definitely dug into one of those while in my wedding dress and was still eating it while dancing it was that good haha! We took home all the bridal party platter and gnocchi that you left us in the cottage that we missed out on unfortunately due to time and was amazing having dinner sorted for Sunday night. You guys absolutely knocked it out of the park for two people that are food obsessed!

We are so grateful for all of cargo's work on our wedding. They have just been the best company to work with. They were so helpful when our event was effected by Covid, and they were always communicative, helpful and friendly. And we loved the food! There were so many compliments on how good it was both on the night and after. We also really appreciated the speakeasy staff who went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after with drinks. Highly recommended!

The Team at Cargo Catering are incredible! Constantly going above and beyond to craft incredible menus for all the couples whose wedding's I've photographed, and there's been a few! They always take such good care of me when we work together at weddings and so I know they're taking even better care of all the guests they're serving. Incredibly passionate for what they do too. I recommend these legends highly! One of the best caterers Adelaide has to offer.

Cargo did our wedding catering and Rosie made the entire process so easy, even having to bring in all equipment and cook outdoor with little to no utility connection. All the food was outstanding - every canapé, the lamb, chicken, side dishes, salad - who even knew you could make lettuce taste so good. The team were so lovely on the day and easy going - we couldn't have been happier with our choice of caterer.

If you need an event catered and they're available there's really no choice to make, they are worth every penny. I can't wait to have find excuse to book these guys again in the future.

We cannot recommend Cargo enough! Our wedding was cancelled in the November 2020 lockdown and all the Cargo staff were so generous, dedicated and hardworking in helping us to pull it altogether for the day the lockdown finished!
With very little notice they pulled off absolutely amazing meals for nearly 100 guests with lots of dietary requirements! We had canapés, entrees and roaming mains, and their desert churros fiesta was a fan favourite! Rosie and the staff are so hard working and a pleasure to work with the whole was through 2020 and all the difficult changes due to COVID - we couldn't have done it without them. They even sourced equipment last minute because of the lockdown. I would highly recommend them for any event and I hope I get to have their food at another wedding! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts <3

Cargo catering catered for my wedding. On the lead up to the wedding day they were so accommodating and helpful and were great at communicating. On the wedding day the food was delicious and they had great options for those who were gluten free, dairy free and vegan. Would definitely recommend!
