Scrambled eggs are very bad. Very watery. Atmosphere is stale. They do have a great selection of desserts & their chips are great.

Always a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Staff is always super friendly and the food is great!

Asked for a Chicken Pie for a quick takeaway snack and was told I had to wait 7 minutes. The solution is simple, as the pies go out the front, fill up from the back - BEFORE running out.

I come here late at night and the ladies serving are awesome. The chips are perfect. The Vili burger and schnitzels are really good too.

Horrible experience. Rather skip it. Was my first time here and order did not come and had to follow up with the excuse it got lost in the system. The. It came out incorrectly as well. The pies itself is nothing to write home about. Rather get a pie from your local bakery, loads better.

It was very busy and we had to wait to order. Once we had gotten to the counter the service was great and the food was delicious. The pies are excellent and the chips were hot and delicious. The perfect place for a quick bite at any time

Spent many a late night here having schnitzel, chips and gravy. It's now a good spot for a morning coffee before work. The staff are always friendly and efficient.

Got the eggs Benedict, first they sent out the veg Benedict, then they sent out an eggs Benedict without hollandaise then when they finally sent out the right meal the egg was overcooked.very very dissapointing as this used to be one of my favourite places to eat and its not the first time i have been dissapointed in the last few months

We'd just had a pie which was not how it used to taste. Thought we'd have a cake and coffee, the cakes looked lovely but one one could be bothered turning around

I’ve never seen 6 staff work a counter so slowly, so disorderly and so dysfunctional in my entire life! Spent 10 minutes in a line of 3 people waiting to be served. If the food wasn’t good I’d give zero stars!

Quality has gone downhill. Ordered a Nutella Berliner and a large chips and gravy. The Berliner had maybe a single bite of Nutella in it and the portion of gravy was tiny. Nothing like it used to be. Could barely dip a dozen chips in the gravy. Won’t be going back to the mile end store again.

First time here and we had the Deluxe All Day Breakfast. Fantastic, friendly service and the food was absolutely yummy and extremely good value. We will return! Highly recommend.

I don't know what went wrong but I ordered fish basket and it was the worst plate of food ever had. Dry fish. Not fresh salad. Really bad

A great South Australian icon plain and simple. With a vast menu there is something for eveeyone.

My favourite feed is just their traditional standard pie, pasty and sausage roll. Ive been eating them for going on 30 year and they are still just as good now as they were when I was a kid. Their pastry they use is amazing and the sasuage roll has got to be one of the best in the world.

And with Vili's exporting globaly how can it not be one of the best sausage rolls. Top 10 at least.

One more thing too their bee sting doughnut is fncken amazing and a must try.

All in all if your a tourist or a local you should get in there and try the Vili's taste of success. 5 stars

Adelaide Icon! You’re not an Adelaidian till you’ve been to Vili’s for a Pie floater.
Love this 24/7 cafe. Good for an early morning brekkie before interstate travel. Love the warm chicken salad. Friendly staff and wide variety of meals

It's been many years since I stopped by last and I forgot how big the serves were
Pork schnitzel with chips and gravy.
Note I've had a gastric bypass so I can't eat a meal like this in one shot the few chips I had were amazing and the gravy takes me back to the days when I was a bouncer in the city.
Highly recommend stopping by on your way home from a big night.
