82I was not planning to stop…but I’m glad I did I felt guilty to ruin the Cappuccino Artwork to drink it. Fancy, fast, cheap and amazingly italian “Cappuccio”
Good coffee, service was decent, but the granola dish was not great - overcooked and super dry and hard.
Recomend, service food coffee all excelent, went back day 2 just loved breakfast with soft jazz playing, great spot
Josh - First time here in Adelaide and came in here with Bella for some breakfast before the day’s activities. It was awesome, the music was so good, staff were super polite and friendly. Service was quick and they were busy. Real busy. The homemade hollandaise was beautiful coffee delicious.
Bella - Came here for breakfast the day after a festival and the food was very yum. I got eggs and avo on toast with hash browns which was amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back again.
Josh & Bella -
We came in on Saturday 07/01/23 and Sunday 08/01/23 Saturday we walked through the door and the lovely girl at the coffee machine welcomed us explained how it all works and was super friendly. Both of us were quite tired and normally would mean we’re a touch grumpy and this cafe fixed it and left us feeling great for the rest of the day.
We enjoy breakfast here every time we visit Adelaide without fail. Always a friendly face backed by great coffee and beautiful food. Does get quite chilly during winter.
Seemed good to start with. Good looking menu for an above average price for the city. The boys with moustaches seemed pretty dismissive, but the female staff were nice. Asked to sub out something from breakfast and was interrupted with "We don't do substitutions, " despite being happy to sub in more expensive items for less (happy to let me have scrambled eggs for a premium), but not reduce the price when I wanted something cheaper (swap out ciabatta for toast or tomatoes for more mushrooms). For $24 for a breakfast plate, you'd want to be able to sub out something you can't eat for something you can.
I got a coffee and my mother got a Coke, and I was pointed to the fridge and told to get the can myself. I asked for a glass and he pointed to the glasses on the inside of the counter where staff get them and told to reach over and grab one myself.
One of the male staff spilled milk all over the floor next to where my mother sat and instead of coming to clean it, he left it there. He acknowledged he spilled it, but didn't think wiping it up was necessary. My mother, who uses a walker, needed to get out of the awkward side of the table and squeeze through to get out so she wouldn't slip.
Final problem occurred about an hour into breakfast and I started to feel unwell. I saw mum home and then went home myself, only to get a case of diarrhoea. I hadn't eaten anything else that morning, so the only possible source was the food.
Sunday morning breakfast. Very busy as there are not many places in the city for a decent breakfast if you want a sit down meal. Yummy coffee. I had eggs and corn and zucchini fritters. Fabo
We had the Eggs Benedict, eggs were good but the Hollandaise had absolutely no flavour. Really disappointed
I didn't get any photos of the food but I think there are enough online. The service was prompt and the meals as expected. Fresh and tasty and the coffee was good too. For a busy Cafe they operate efficiently.
Good food and the only option on weekend this is always open in early morning where else you find other cafes closed. The customer service is great and nice staff.
With Adelaide CBD not having many options for breakfast on a Sunday morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find and have breakfast at Cafe Bang Bang. It was very popular with people sitting down for breakfast, or waiting for coffee at an open window to the street. Good variety and options for food and good coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great food, coffee was tasty. Really stoked they had Alternative Dairy Co Almond milk. Doing a great job considering the current challenges with finding staff in hospo… well done team, we’ll be back!
Delicious food, friendly & helpful staff, excellent service, clean and great atmosphere. We had the Eggs benedict, Avocado Feta, Bacon & Egg burger, caramel slice and chocolate tart. Definitely returning tomorrow morning for breakfast while we're only in Adelaide these two days.
Refreshing to visit a cafe which has friendly genuine service which offers hearty fresh produce & great value for money.
Toasted ham and cheese sandwich was still cold in the middle and cheese not melted. I’ve gone back 3 times over recent years - same issue each time. Never improves. Customer service is lacking. Not welcoming.
Came in Sunday near lunch time. Quite busy but our food took 45 minutes to come. I ordered the eggs benedict, which was merely 1 tiny English muffin cut in half with the toppings on top. For the price and wait time would've expected something much bigger. Nice food for what it was but too pretentious and small. Dissapointing.
I’ve seen this place for the last two weeks and have been wanting to try it so went this morning. Food was ok. Staff below average. Stood at the counter while several staff looked at me and walked around me without letting me know they’ll be with me in a moment, it’s so simple but that’s all you have to do.
Popped in for breakfast and had the egg and cherry tomatoes. Cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was great too. A happy place to start your day or if you're like me and work overnight, end your day.
Was in Adelaide overnight. Dropped in for lunch, then came back for breakfast the next morning. Great vibe, delicious lunch, and sensational breakfast! Well worth it.
I don’t know if I was robbed, but was $9.60 for two small hot chocolates justifiable? At least compared to another gent’s order of small latte with two sugars for $4. I didn’t mind with the lady harshly telling me to put on a face mask, but for my order being discriminated for other coffee orders was such a let down. I waited for almost 30minutes for a takeaway of 2 small hot chocolates.
