Great park with everything: pretty lake, play equipment, walking trail, toilets, and a fantastic locally owned coffee and snacks food caravan.

Great spot to stop for lunch, let the kiddies have a play or just take a stroll around the lake. Has barbecue, toilets, playground, a big grass area, and it's only a 500 metre walk around the lake for if the independent little ones that want to walk or ride their bikes

Byethorne Park is a beautiful and peaceful outdoor space that is perfect for a relaxing day in nature. The park features a small but fun playground area for children to enjoy, as well as plenty of open space for picnicking, walking, and playing games. The park also has public toilets, making it convenient for longer visits.

One of the highlights of Byethorne Park is the lake, which is home to a variety of ducks. It's always a treat to watch them swimming and playing in the water. The park is also a great place to have a barbecue, with plenty of designated grilling areas and beautiful views of the lake.

Overall, I highly recommend Byethorne Park for a fun and peaceful outdoor experience. It's a great place to spend time with friends and family, or to just enjoy some solitude in nature.

A family friendly/dog friendly park just off woodside road, a great place for a pull in with the family on Holliday's, rest rooms and playground along with a BBQ and picnic areas to boot, if your lucky to visit on a morning when there's a coffee cart selling BnE rolls, do yourself a favour and grab a combo to go.

Lovely nature space for a picnic or spend a day having a bbq with the family watching the ducks. Lots of luscious greenery and shaded areas, I see people fishing in the lake unsure what’s the catch though.
Has several play equipment for the toddlers and younger kids. There’s a fire fox for the older kids too.
Family friendly space.
Upgraded Toilets at the main car park.

Spent time at Byethorne Park today with family. What a beautiful area my Grandson had play equipment somewhere to kick his ball around and we had somewhere to sit and eat daughter said it was all paddocks when she lived there so very pleased to see it like this.

Byethorne park is in the town of Narine which is looked after by the Mount Barker Council by mowing the lawned area and the toilets as they are unisex toilets which can be found on the national public toilet map app and I would recommend the map because it has a list of listings and it can be very helpful if you are walking distance or car as well, with the park in Narine it has a fountain in the middle of the lake and it has a railway line next to the park as well the toilets have a hand dryer in the toilet which is a good idea and on the other hand what happens if there is a black out the hand dryer won't work unless it has solar panels on the toilets.

Love what they've done and love coming here. When I was 5 we lived in the old house behind this and caught yabbies in this dam. Wow!

Not so much the park itself, which does look very pleasant, but weekday mornings you can get an egg and bacon roll from "The Butlers Pantry" van with a coffee. /tea/milk shake/OJ.

A well maintained local park with a lake in the middle and sculptures. There is play equipment and play space, seats under shade and amenities.
Nice open space after visiting the historic town centre.
Byethorne is a relatively new park and it will be interesting to see what will happen in the coming years.

Great place for the kids to play on the playground, run in the park or even fish in the lake. Toilets nearby and a bit of shade from the large gum trees.
