Great place for Indian authentic food and fantastic service with pleasant ambience. Butter chicken is a star dish - must try with garlic naan! Highly recommend this place for a family dine-in.

My favorite Indian restaurant in Adelaide. Stunning food for an amazing price. Their Butter Chicken, with naan and lamb korma were really tasty. Food is really delicious. Love to keep coming back for my dinner takeouts.

I’ve watched a mixed couple vlogger who currently traveled to India and got influenced to try some of their food. I’ve only visited 3 indian restaurants in Adelaide and to compare with the high end side that I’ve visited recently; By far, this is the best Chicken Tikka Masala i’ve tasted, it’s very tasty. The service is quite fast too, you’ll not feel grumpy waiting for your food
The lady who assisted us is very accommodating as well. This is my favourite Indian restaurant now and will definitely come back again!

We were going to the Theatre after dining, & Explained this to Staff, & The staff were so Helpful, & intentive making Sure Our Needs were Met.
They Never once made us feel Rushed, or uncomfortable.
The Staff are truly Fantastic.
The Venue is warm, & inviting.

First time visiting Adelaide and this is the best place we had good food so far in our trip. Location, atmosphere and food.all good.

I have been devoted to another Indian restaurant for the last 10 years, while I try others regularly I never had a restaurant that was close to as good as my regular. This restaurant is not local to me. It was even better than my regular.

The food is incredible. The service was fantastic. Now my favourite.

The garlic naan was beautifully crisp o the bottom with a nice soft top. Butter chicken was rich in flavour and just the best ever.

Mango chicken was also top notch.

The atmosphere of the restaurant just adds further to the incredible dining experience.

Will definitely be back even though it’s a 45 min drive.

Best Indian food that I have had in Adelaide. Christmas decorations are so good and gave a good ambience of the season. Awesome food and quality service.

We have a family "Indian" night every couple of weeks and have been to restaurants/cafes all over southern suburbs. This one is the best for us!
Sheekh kebab, chicken vindaloo, prawn malabar, paneer tikka masala, garlic naans, saffron rice. All perfect and sooo tasty. Thank you British Raj!

it was nice to have traditional food cooked from scratch and full of flavour and not watered down.
Staff are friendly and informative.
Now our favourite restaurant in the area.

I have been Working in Adelaide on business for the last three months and Visited this fine restaurant many times.

I can highly recommend the goat Biriyani a chefs special And chicken tikka masala Really great flavours fresh ginger and spices.

The staff are very kind and attentive plus the meal sizes are of generous proportions and well priced.

WOW, the best food i have had in South Australia by far! This is a must visit if you have not been there yet. I cant wait for the next vindaloo craving.

Delicious Indian food, lovely interior - definitely one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve visited in terms of food quality & taste.
Mens toilets, though, were dirty & untidy.

Bit disappointed actually.we have eaten here many times & love this restaurant.but this time was disappointing.onion bhaji & chicken tikka starters scrumptious.but the mushrooms were not up to their normal deliciousness. Chicken Vindaloo, Prawn curry & Goat curry gorgeous as always, but the pepper beef was inedible.apparently the owner Chef was not cooking that nite.unfortunately it showed.won't stop us going back.we love this place.but we won't have the pepper beef again

There’s no doubt this place does great food BUT the area that needs some attention is their takeaway service & the time frames they are giving customers to wait. This is not based on a single visit, this is based over consecutive visits over a long time frame. Consistently I am told pick up In 30 mins, I go there & am waiting at least another 30 mins. The last occasion the restaurant was not busy at all & most tables had food that I could see, yet the wait for pre ordered takeaway was double the given time frame. The most extreme was I was given a 30 min pick up time &
I waited over an hour & so did the person next to me, we were both very disappointed, in fact possibly forgotten, by that time it’s late & nearly bed time. As I mentioned the food is great but it leaves a bit of sour taste in your mouth when the anticipated collection time blows out by so much repeatedly. Occasionally it is on time and I guess I could just order earlier & expect the wait to be longer. Anyhow hopefully this review is constructive as it’s an improvement that is probably easily fixed to make a big difference to takeaway customers.

Loved the service by Fateh and Ayush (manager). I can't read so they were kind enough to go through the menu and describe the delicious Indian food they have. The flavors were melting in my mouth. Oh Lord, BEST INDIAN FOOD!
