Very helpful and courteous, we have been going to Blackwood clinic for 53 years and have never had a problem, the receptionists are very cooperative.

Such an amazing practice and so caring and considerate. I stumble to chose my favourite GP or nurse or even receptionist, they are all sterling and take the time to really listen and care.

A great initiative by Blackwood Clinic to have telephone consultations. The appointment was on time and my issue was handled very thoroughly by Dr Lucking.

I have been going to this Doctors Clinic for 22 years now. The GP’s here are very professional, helpful and down to earth. If I can’t see my usual doctor for any reason there are a number of others who are just as competent. They have a very holistic approach and actually treat you like a person rather than just a client. The receptionists are also really friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Clinic to others. ‍️️‍️

The last time I came to this clinic was 20 years ago and the service is still brilliant! Dr Michael Von looked after us today and I haven’t come across a more caring and practical doctor in a very long time.

Dr Thomas saw my son and was most helpful and thorough. It felt like he gave us a little extra time because he could see I was anxious, and made contingency plans so we wouldn’t have to visit a second time if things didn’t clear up. A consummate professional.

I have been going to this clinic for over 40 years, and i have seen different doctors. I now see Dr. Chris Lucking. Dr lucking is very easy to talk to and has always given me an answer to my problem.

I have seen 3 GP's at this clinic and have always had a good experience. The girls at the front desk are always friendly, polite and professional too.

This clinic just refused to issue us with a death certificate for our mother because the consulting GP was having a day off. They also refused to have another GP do it for us. No amount of pleading with management would alter their stance, they made it very clear that they don't give a toss. They then refused to issue the certificate until someone from the funeral parlour physically came to them and paid cash. Their total lack of any compassion or empathy was appalling. If you have an option to go elsewhere, go elsewhere. Minus ten out of ten.
