Extremely unprofessional and violent security, the most absolutely appalling treatment of customers I’ve ever seen in a nightclub.

If i could rate lower i would.my friend was treated disgustingly by a security guard at midnight on the 17th.she is tiny and she was ripped from the floor and dragged out the front and thrown on the road.she is seriously hurt and really upset.this is disgusting and i will be putting this complaint everywhere i can until he gets fired.he was a short brown skinned, larger male and he deserves to get fired.she didn’t do anything wrong except question him when he asked her to leave.she is the loveliest person ever and would never hurt a fly.ruined all our nights, he is an awful man looking for a power trip.i hope he’s happy.

Anyone that knows me will say I’m not dramatic, but I got thrown out of black bull because I said no to a guy who said I was acting too drunk. I’ve never been more humiliated in my life, the security guards just man handled me because i spoke up. I’m genuinely upset and so are my friends

Lovely evening was had by all.
Our group had many dietary needs which the selections off the menu catered fully. Generous portions size.

Steak was fantastic. I had the eye fillet and it was cooked perfectly. It came with chips and salad.
Expensive but worth it.

7 of us first time luncheon at the Black Bull Hotel, all satisfied customers. The meals were beautiful, the service good and atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Possibly one of the best cooked eye fillet steaks I’ve ever had. And I don’t say that lightly. Nice basic pub meal but done to the highest standard. Will be returning when visiting next year for sure!

Great pub for a few drinks and an honest pub grub while in town. Drinks and food reasonably priced, good atmosphere and helpful friendly staff

Staff are so friendly and accommodating. The haloumi veggie burger is amazing. The house red and sparkling are to die for, but what I love most is the history in every room. So fascinating to see all the pics and read about life back then. By far the best pub in the city. Love you guys!

Bit of a Gem this one. Not fancy but comfortable. Staff are friendly, food is great, large servings. Been 5 times so far and will be back. Rustic surounds.

This has to be one of the best hotels in Adelaide. Service was great but the steak was even better. Go there for a drink and dinner and you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. This is my second time I have been here and each visit has been fantastic. The service, atmosphere and the food. My steaks are cooked to perfection and taste amazing. If you want a great steak, this place will not disappointment.

I can't wait to go here again.

The food was OK. My steak was a good cut of meat, but inconsistently cooked, served with very al dente vegetables. Not inedible, but I've had plenty of good meals and some better, at loads of pubs, so I don't feel this was anything special.

Great beer garden and smoking area. Friendly service aswell as great food and specials. Very efficient and clean sanitary. No sports bar or Poker other than that pokies available for side entertainment

Great food live the place was looking for place on Monday night and was very pleased when we found this bar

Needed a drink after the footy, go the Power! So stopped at the Black Bull and sat outside, wow, Hindley street never ceases to amaze!

We usually have meal and a drink there before or after the footy as it is very convenient, food has always been good.
4 1/2 stars for a pub.

We had two perfectly cooked steaks. Absolutely excellent! The food was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Went for new years and the vibes couldn't have been better. The complex is massive and diverse and the people who go there love dancing and are super friendly.
