Large park lots of amenities for families, great pool etc, the park was very clean and well maintained additionally the park is right on the water and there is a fantastic walk that suits all age groups outside of the park grounds along the water front, we used a cabin this visit which was good but have also stayed with our van, plenty of sites available. The staff were very helpful as we had family visiting daily. Also the park is only 20min to town, 10min to Glenelg Beach etc, etc. Well worth a look as a place to stay.

Some of the clientele, swearing around the kids and leaving own children unsupervised in the pool, rough play. Love the park layout. Retic on way too early in morn though and spray can drivebys wake everyone.

Ok so this place isn't for everyone. When you have 3 kids (8,5,2) it is great. We stayed in a Seaspray cabin which was expensive but you are really there for the facilities. The pool is heated, there are massive jumping pillows, areas to run around and it backs right onto the beach.no roads! However if you want to go anywhere you pretty much have to drive. There are no Cafe strip's and restaurants close apart from the Cafe on-site (Almond latte was very good) 2x surf lifesaving clubs which do good a good parma, but that is it!

April 12 2021on my second night for ground camping there are a group of students teenagers i would say more than 18 years old about 10 going around the park. At 1030 pm were heard a loud thump on our tent. Investigating it we saw the garbage bin tip on it side and was kicked on our tent. It was also physically moved as the bin was 5 metres from our tent. It was kicked or pushed by these group of students. I called security who came around and i am suprised that he said he knows that it was the group of students going around the park. The response of the security guard was appaling as no concern to us. He said he will come around and tell the teachers. And that they are students and this is a park what can you do. A big heavy bin could have caused injuries to us inside the tent. This will be pass on to management but they will probably do nothing. I have an 8yo and a 4 yo inside the tent. Its very concerning and frightening. The bin landed closed to their head position. Also have to move my car as these group of students are allowed to play cricket very close to where we are pitched.

Update:

It is a pleasant to talk to the manager on duty Debby to follow up on the matter. Overall this is a good place to go if it was not for out of control teens who ruins it for the younger kids.

Such an awesome place for you and the kids. Pool is great, splash water park is cool. There's a playstation room with lounge chairs and T. V. BBQ's work well and very clean. Toilets and showers are spotless, cabins allow on site parking and the Cafe had everything from snacks to cooked meals. Swipe cards for entry and exit so no randoms wandering around. Kids are safe to play. Very quiet by 10pm. Cabins have all facilities, plates, cups etc and the fridge and freezer is clean and modern. Thoroughly recommend for a holiday with the kids. Reception staff are very helpful too. 10/10.

Nice + clean campsite with great facilities. Stayed in a cabin, which was clean and comfotable.would have given a 5 but the onsite cafe tried to overcharge me twice.

This is the best caravan park we've been into.highly recommend it for all ages.
The facilities are in perfect conditions. Very well mantained.
The climatised swimming pool make a big difference for all ages.
We will come back to try the cabins, as this time we did camping.

We absolutely loved staying here. Mix of kids from late teens to primary school kids. Tons of stuff to do in the park.with the beach right behind you. Enjoyed every minute we were there.

No noise curfew so incredibly noisy most too the night. Admittedly it was a long weekend. External lights of the ensuites need to be sensor operated as its too bright right where you sleep.

Great park, clean, spacious, tidy and green. Loved the pool and access to the beach. Not a fan of Jet Aircraft taking off at 6am. Disappointed at the high cost of children staying overnight and that fact that visitors have to pay for an hour or two!

A VERY expensive caravan park! We paid $149 per night for a small studio cabin which had ants everywhere. In the cupboard under the sink was the first place we saw them as soon as we arrived and then the bed when we got in it. There was no COVID safe consistency with security because one day the swimming pool was so packed we were almost shoulder to shoulder with strangers and then the next day security weren’t even allowing 125 people in even though the sign stated 125 maximum. My youngest grandaughter was refused entry into the pool on our second day because she didn’t have a wrist band on. Being only 3 years old she didn’t understand and got upset so her Dad went to reception to ask why one of their 4 children were not given a wrist band and reception staff said they don’t give them to minors that young. We then had to inform the security of this which staff at the park should have done in the first place. The pool is a good size with shaded cloth over it. Lots of poolside chairs were available. Splash park was fun for the kids. Was nice being able to go direct to the beach from the west side of the park. Swiper cards were needed for entry and exit which was good. Super busy place. Great atmosphere for families with children. The cabins could definitely do with upgrading especially as they are so expensive.
The Shack Cafe is a nice place at the park to have a meal or drink. Our biggest and best highlight of our stay was “Strawberries Galore” - a van on site selling ice creams, pavlovas, mousse, thick shakes etc

Wonderful holiday destination with a lot of stuff to do. With, the jumping pillow, playground, go-karts, water playground and an easy access to the beach. Its great.

Kids love it here, especially the pool and splash park.
We enjoy the hire bikes and having quick access to the bike track along the beach.
Unfortunately the cabin we were placed in this time had ants in the kitchen and on our childs bunk bed. We asked to move as we didn't want him getting bitten at night (the ants kept returning after we sprayed them a few times). We were given the option of staying in the cabin, or moving to a slightly better cabin and paying extra. Whilst the extra amount was small, this was disappointing as it was not our fault there were ants in the cabin, it did put a dampener on our stay as our first day consisted of spraying ants for a few hours, then moving cabins. Not very relaxing.
This place is not the best if you have very young children and want them to go to sleep at a decent hour. The park is really noisy until 10pm, even after 10pm we found the security did not close down loud gatherings until someone complained which is frustrating, the late nights can cause grumpy children which is never good when on holiday.

That is a huge park! And at weekends there are a lot of crowd and noisy from children. One strange things - that keys for restrooms/amenities, why just to keep that open? Why I did 4 stars? Our place was not equipped for grey water drainage and nobody informed us when we paid for that.

Nice park but amenities are old and need upgrading. Can't even run a tap to wash your face at the basins.
