Hard to find good mechanics but Sam & Howie know what they are doing. Big range of Trek and Pinarello plus parts and accessories. The shop ride is brutal but regroups at the top of each climb.

I don't normally bother writing reviews but when service is this exceptional, it has to be acknowledged. High level of knowledge, competitive prices, Steve is standout. This is a definite stop when you're looking for a bike.

Had a few days in Adelaide and organised a bike hire through Bicycle Express. Decent road bikes for hire with no minimum days, good service and a stunning show room full of the good stuff.

Friendly bike shop with reasonable prices. You get 15% discount if you are a BUPA or RAA members. They go above and beyond getting your orders. No pushy salesman here. Genuinely want to help people who loves riding and passionate with their work. Highly recommended.

Howie at the mechanic section is great. He's just a real honest bloke and will get your bike fixed ontime on target. You tell them exact what you want and they will aim to deliver the service to your specifications and at a very very reasonable price. Please support your local and go there for a service or to pick up some gear. Service and honesty in the bike industry is a rarity and these guys have it.

These guys done a great job setting me and my girlfriend up with a mountain bike each along with a bike rack to go on the back of the hilux, really happy with the outcome, they had built the bikes up and installed all the extras for us ready for when we picked them up. Probably the only disappointment was we didn't actually realise the bikes didn't come with stands, i would have thought this would be a given, we didn't realise until we were walking out the front door with the bikes. It would have been nice to be notified in the first place but this is just being picky really. Anyway shop is quite small so they probably don't have the range that the Halifax street store does but i actually found a certain staff member to be quite pushy at that store which is why I came to the norwood store instead

Always a pleasant experience at Bicycle Express' Norwood store. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, and their knowledge is fantastic. I love the product range and eyeing off all of the goodies every time I am in store. Bicycle Express Norwood has become my local bike shop and for everyone else in the surrounding area, it should be yours too!

Broken gear cable during the Dirty Dozen ride almost ended my day. Nasty break, and was stuck in the shifter and cable outer needed replacing too. A few other bike shops refused to even look at it without being booked in for a half day service, but Bicycle Express took a look, and got it fully repaired in 20 minutes! Excellent service at a great price; Howie the mechanic is a wizard. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.
