BBQ Buoys

My sister & I shared a birthday celebration on a ‘BBQ boat’ with our family. 9 of us. What a wonderful day we had. Pre-ordering the drinks made it so easy & we took our own special nibbles platter. The weather looked ominous but was perfect. I especially liked the fact they cruised down the river to ensure everything was ok after 1 hour & took some photos for us. Thanks guys for a memorable day.

BBQ Buoys had the best time we booked this for surprise birthday treat and it was outstanding, just lovely, music, having a drink and food while sailing along and views are just so lush and we had fun having a sing a long and people on the banks even joining in so much fun will do again for sure thankyou BBQ Buoys

We had an excellent time with BBQ Buoys for 9 people. We took our kids and their partners for a cruise in the afternoon. Our day had been postponed after our adult daughter had a major medical episode. Martin worked with us at late notice to try and accommodate a change, and he showed great empathy for our predicament. We appreciated his efforts big time!
The cruise was well organised and the change over from one cruise to the next, was smoothly orchestrated, with the buoys perfectly clean for our BBQ lunch. We cruised up and down the river, even tying up to a fig tree in the shade for a relaxing break. The whole experience was seamless, instructions and safety aspects were discussed clearly in a down to earth manner, and it was clear that the owners wanted us to have a great experience. Thanks to Martin and BBQ Buoys for a fantastic day and we are looking forward to taking our elderly parents on a similar outing in the near future!

We originally booked in late 2016 for Feb 2017 but due to our interstate friends having to cancel their trip to Adelaide, we postponed. We were thrilled when BBQ Buoys were happy to allow us to rebook for Jan 2018, when our friends were next in Adelaide.
The staff were friendly & courteous and had our preordered drinks ready in an ice filled esky. The 10 of us had a lovely evening on the river (on a 42 degree day). Reckon we might try a bbq breakfast, another time.
Would highly recommend!

I booked a 2 hr cruise for 2 to celebrate my hubbys birthday, it sounded like something 'different' to do. We both loved it, the operators were friendly and helpful. Loved the wildlife, in particular, a very friendly swan that gatecrashed our party.lol. We will definitely be back, maybe with friends next time. Keep up the great work bbq buoys.

Out on a paddle boat with my partner, minding our own business, being circled by a drunken boat full of your customers while they laughed, pointed, and filmed us on multiple phones. Feeling intimidated, humiliated and too upset to enjoy the rest of our holiday afternoon. Great service you're providing there.

A really great experience. Uniquely Adelaide based BBQ BUOYS is a relaxing way of spending an hour or two cruising along the River Torrens enjoying drinks & nibbles with friends and family. Bucket list must.

Great pair of guys running the place. Had everything ready and waiting for our Hens group! Can't wait to do it again.
