She was so helpful, informative, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with my gardening needs. Thank you so much Sally. Mitre 10 is truly lucky to have such an awesome garden expert on their team!

Great. Had exactly what I needed at a price as good as the big green shed. In fact they had garden products (neutrog) that you can't get at the other warehouse. Great friendly and helpful service as well.

I just called into Mitre 10 Mt Barker for some painting advice. The staff and the product range are excellent.

This is a good store if you cant be bothered with the busyness and sometimes overwhelming atmosphere of other stores. Its well layed out with plenty of room for prams and wheelchairs in the aisles. Iv always been able to get a park each time and parking is close to the door. They have a really nice outdoor plants section. The staff are helpful and easy to find when u need them.

I find mitre 10 a good store run by dedicated employees who seem to be trying very hard with not enough service staff. Their range is incomplete and not layed out very logically. Shelves are not full and certain lines seem to be missing with a predominance of cheaper quality high margin items more visible. Service is good once you get someone who is not busy with other customers, they seem to be running to put out fires all the time. You need to go there more often to know what they have otherwise you might spend a lot of time being lost. But they are very friendly once you choose to engage them. The trade area is busy and has a pretty good range.

Love supporting local businesses but is an issue with very low variety of stock had to go to Bunnings for the variety I required again! Which was disappointing. Could only buy one item! Can't risk going there if I have to go to Bunnings each time as well.

Staff friendly & courteous. Nothing is too much trouble. Assistance with goods to car if required.

Helpful friendly staff, assisted in finding what I wanted, in and out in few minutes. Job done. Plenty of parking, easy access.

A great selection for a rural store. Harder to find staff than in a Bunnings, but when you DO find them, they give fantastic and charming service. Would definitely recommend over the competitors in the area.

Went there today.no other customers, that i could see.wanted secatuers, they were locked on shelf, needed staff help. Also wanted to buy new ego battery tools, no help there either. Staff were busy talking to each other or straightening the furniture. I am sick of being treated as though i was invisible, i spent 20 mins wandering about. Poor service is why internet sales are booming.

Went there the other day for the first time in a long while and really loved the garden decorations and their stocking of SA compost. Will definitely go there again as Bunnings don't stock it.
