This store goes above and beyond when it comes to quality customer service. Craig went out of his way to make sure I wasn't stuck with items I had purchased interstate through Click and Collect.
Other staff members, like Sally in the nursery, are super knowledgeable and very friendly.
They have a very good selection of hardware as well as plants, etc.
It's a joy to shop at this store!

Horrible service. Rung to find out if they have something in stock. Get immediately put on hold without being asked if thats okay. On hold for 10 mins and it rings through again. Brooke picks up and puts me on hold again for 10 mins. I gave up. It was a simple question. What kind of service is this?

The young lad was very helpful. He bent over backwards to help me find a trailer tarp, even measuring up the trailer for the right size. I could tell he was proud of his customer service. Well done Mount Barker Mitre 10!

As a consumer I bought a product with a 10 year warranty stated on the box, (had it for 2 years) at no time did any staff member state that Mitre 10 only has a 1 year warranty. The owner refused to refund or exchange it and blamed Chinese steel and being within 5km of the beach, but still selling the product. I had to contact the company myself. MIGHTY UNHELPFUL, MIGHTY UNPROFESSIONAL, MIGHTY DISAPPOINTED. Will not be returning to Mitre 10.

I think mitre 10 mt barker need to revisit their customer service training. We were there on Saturday buying a product for our outside drain. The product was called 'root killer'. Funny product name if you are still at high school. Absolutely disgusted by the comment made by the shop assistant to my husband when he paid for the product. The man serving him thought it was funny to make the statement "do you know how to kill your roots? You marry them". Words fail me. Saying this, to a customer about his wife? We supported mitre 10 because they had bunnings to compete with. Never again.

Very friendly staff, dog friendly, actual advise, ethical business practices unlike the opposition down the road

Excellent range of brands and products available, good prices, and greate service, special shout out to Chris on the trades department - he was heaps helpful with the timber cutting and measuring for our fencing project!

Good location and parking. The stock is limited and some times doesn't have what you are looking for.

I've tried to support the Mitre 10 business over the Big B twice over the last month but they haven't repaired the saw and couldn't cut my sheet of wood.

Service at it's Finest! Did not get the young man's name but he could not have been more helpful! Thank you! Even if not actually serving you as Staff passed they smiled and said "Hullo". Cannot recommend highly enough

Largest Mitre 10 I've been in. They stock a wide range of nearly every thing a man could want to renovate, fix, paint etc

Absolutely great place agree with other comments garden section is great really helpful staff so friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service (as opposed to the limited availability of staff at another hardware store we all know). Helped me find exactly what I needed to rescue my keys from a storm drain.

All the staff seem to be very friendly and helpful. Especially Sally from the garden section has helped me several times inthepast. Her horticultural knowledge is outstanding and she's always willing to order plants in. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the great prices. Become a club member and get 10% off. We'll done guys, I'll be back.

The new expansion is excellent, plant selection has quadtripled with lots of local plant knowledge about growing in Adelaide Hills weather. Sally the new head of the plant nursery is making fantastic new improvements that are really obvious. I buy all my veggie seedlings there as the 10% off all plants is useful
