I've been a few times this visit was not good, I'm illergic to nuts so I asked for none all the dishes came with peanuts on, the vegetable dish was supposed to be no chilies so hot could not eat

The food blows us away every time, we order something different every time and we are served the most amazing dishes each visit.
And the bill is always less than we expect, highly recommend!

Great food and big variety to choose from at reasonable prices. Staff always friendly and smiling from front door, during service and when leaving. The net spring rolls + fried barramundi with tamarind sauce definitely the go to meal and "finger licking" to the last piece. Highly Recommend.

Delicious food and flavours, Highly recommended. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Been here many times and suggest you give them a try. The meals are so big and we always take the food home

We ordered the Salt and Pepper Crab and Pork belly from the street food section.

It's a bit pricy, but good flavours.

Had red curry roast duck, tom yum fried rice and somtum. Best Thai food I had since coming to Adelaide.

The price is on the higher side, but the potion justifies it.

Staffs are attentive and always smiling.

First time I came in I like the look of the restaurant and the staffs are nice and friendly.

Prices on the menu are higher than what I expected but when I tasted the food it's all worth it.

We ordered Pad Thai, Laksa, pork and beef with salad.
Love all of them so much.

Ordered Uber Eats tonight after a lovely dine in experience at Bangkok Boulevard. Paid extra for quick delivery. The food is gross. Ordered a pork belly dish and I thought I was chewing on a bone. Honestly, this was so disappointing.

One of our favourite restaurants, BB strikes the right balance between a relaxed family restaurant and modern fine dining. Love the theming and décor. Attentive staff, always helpful and have never turned us away even when it's busy. Cocktails and drinks list is extensive (and everything is so good it's honestly hard to pick just one thing). Their menu is excellent, and the food is always fresh, fast and beautifully presented. Our go-to entrée is the duck pancakes, make sure you try them at least once. My favourite main dish changes every time but if you're in a group and can't decide, there's always the banquet option ("I'll have one of everything please, but hold the chilli because I'm a big wuss"). Did I mention that the fried rice comes to you in a pineapple!

We have brought our family here to celebrate birthdays and special occasions and Bangkok Boulevard never disappoints. 5 stars, but would give 6 if I could.

Staff were so friendly, food took a little longer due to what we ordered but as an apology for the wait on the food we were offered two free drinks without even asking. When the food came it was so delicious and flavourful we had to take our left overs! All in all a wonderful experience and would recommend a meal here.

Very bad experience.
Staff force you to pay large amounts of deposit to book. If you can’t spend all the deposit you paid, they don’t refund and ask you to do take away.
Service are so bad, Not good for large groups of people to dinning in.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant.

On Friday 5 November 2021 I sat down to order takeaway from Bangkok Boulevard on Menulog at 6.30pm. As is standard with those takeaway apps I kept watching the screen to check what time the food would arrive, which indicated between "7.00pm - 7.30pm. " As 7.00pm rolled around I noticed the allocated time changed, from between "7.20pm - 7.40pm. " At 7.45pm the food still had not arrived and the app did not indicate when I should expect it. I rang the restaurant to enquire. They told me the food was ready, and had been for quite some time, and they told me they simply could not find a driver to deliver the food to me. I asked them why no one had tried to contact me to ask me to pick it up, etc. They informed me they could not see my details due to Menulog's privacy settings. However, I queried why the food had been made, when the app told me the restaurant would only start making the food once a driver had been assigned - photo attached showing this. They then could not tell me what time I should expect the food to be delivered, despite the fact it was already ready, because they could not determine when a driver would be assigned.

Extremely frustrated, I asked them if they would make me a fresh order and I would come and pick it up. They reluctantly agreed.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8.30pm - I note this was two hours since I had ordered my food. I expressed my disappointment to a staff member given the fact that nothing had been done in relation to my order over the last two hours and that after ordering takeaway I was forced to pick up the food because no one could estimate what time the food would be delivered and that when it would be delivered, it would be cold. I was handballed from one staff member to another, and when I asked for compensation, was told there was nothing they could offer me. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I was given nothing for free, no compensation of any time and had to pay full price for food I had waited two hours for.

After returning home with the food, I realised it had in fact not been made fresh again for me and in fact had been re-heated. My pad thai dish had half a lemon inside which was boiling hot which was an indication of this.

I truly have never had a worse customer service experience in my life and will never return to this restaurant as a result.

I am so disappointed.

First thing first the taste is so authentic and so so so good… all the flavours will make you go crazyyyy addicted to their food.

And the quantity is sick, you better be ready for next meal coz you gonna take away the rest….

Awful. Ordered the that chicken and sticky rice. The photo attatched is how a piece of chicken came BEFORE we ate anything. Another piece of chicken we got was the spine piece with about 2 edible morsels of chicken on it. Really expensive and dissapointing

Think twice before you order online from these guys. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken which is almost $25 dollars and there was hardly any chicken in it. Very disappointing and when I called them to complain about it they weren’t even accepting it. Will not purchase from them again.

Update 2/11/2021 - after emailing the order number, the manager got back to me and apologised and mentioned they will take it up with the head chef.

We only came in for a light lunch so we stuck to the entires and a few drinks but everything was really good quality and tased fresh and delicious. We were looked after by AJ on front counter and he had excellent customer service and everyone there was friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic and we can't wait to go back for dinner.

Apparently, a $400 spend was not enough to ensure politeness, friendliness, care or respect from our waitress.

Walking around like she had a pad thai stuck up her and filled with her own self importance, this chick didn't bother asking who was having certain drinks, instead putting them all down at the end of the table for us to then move appropriately. Classy.

When we enquired about some dishes, she just rudely pointed at the menu without helping our decision making at all. Alright precious, we'd hate for you to use any words in your job.

Picked up my plate with plenty on it, presuming I had finished. But who needs to talk when you're the hottest girl in Modbury. Right?

Zero stuffs given, zero personality shown, and zero desire to be there. When we advised another staff member of her poor attitude towards her role in "hospitality", the senior staffer didn't seem at all surprised.

Evidently others have noted that this poor excuse for a worker would rather be at home admiring herself than at a job she clearly can't perform at. Why poor service is mentioned in these reviews and not addressed by owners that claim to care is weird.

The fact that we have given this restaurant 1 star with no mention of the food, other workers, ambience, value or timings; shows just how important wait staff are. And when a horrible, angry, grumpy, conceited service is given, customers invariably leave angered and disappointed.

Best Thai food in Adelaide. The food was amazing; big portions served hot & fresh. The pineapple fried rice is served out of a pineapple. That says about everything right there. The atmosphere was great, the decor very interesting. The staff & service were perfect

Highly recommend the Thai Green Curry

My friend and I had lunch here today. I was really glad we did. The food was absolutely spot on - full of flavour and vibrant. I had the Massaman Wagyu Beef - a divine and tender piece of meat soaking up the rich curry which was perfectly balanced, just the right amount of cashews and potatoes - but such a generous serve that I have dinner for tomorrow night too! My friend had the Pork Belly - Prig Khing Moo-Krob. So beautifully cooked - crispy crackle and belly meat coupled with a just perfectly spicy fragrant sauce and snappy green beans. Must say I will look forward to bringing friends and family here - why go to town? Oh and the staff were fantastic - courteous and efficient. Thanks vey much!

Delicious and tasty thai food My Husband and I both had pad see ew for takeaway. My Husband had the pork belly and I had chicken. They also catered to my dietary requirements. Keep up the great quality and flavours, thank you
