Possibly the worst service I ever encountered in Australia. This does not just span the city stores either, the one in Modbury is just as bad. Food is sub par too and really not worth the money ~ I rarely say this, but better off going to dominos. Can't justify spending my money here again. Honestly hoping they realise what an atrocity they are and shut up shop to save the poor souls who don't know better.

This pizza is delicious the building has seen better days but who cares when your meal is tasty.

All Meats-Add x2 Mushroom-Add Cheese is my recommendation, pick up prices are good, all staff I've dealt with have been super friendly.

Definetly ordering again.

I have had pizza from Australian pizza house for the last ten years been fantastic pizza ab, their very nice dampers they make

I ordered 3 large ABs and had to wait 50 minutes to get it. I was told that there is only one fryer available. When I got the food home to my 'hangry' family, I noticed that even the quantity was very little compared to the previous purchases from the same store. There was hardly any meat in it, it was 90 % chips with some meat sprinkled on the top. I called immediately to the store and informed the person who had served me. He said that he will get someone to call me back to address my complaint. No one called in the last 2 days. Hence the public review.

Waited 1 hour 40 minutes for my pizza to be delivered, the staff were useless and just told me they were busy. When I called after the first hour of waiting the staff member said it was only just coming out of the oven, I then received another phone call 15 minutes later from another staff member telling me my pizza was now on the way, seeming like they had just forgotten my order and quickly made it. 1 hour and 40 minutes after placing my order I finally got the 1 pizza I ordered. Completely unmacceptable and I was denied any refund or compensation. Won’t be ordering from these idiots again.

Loved the food we bought tonite, well worth the money, tasty and fresh. Staff service was prompt and friendly. We will happily come back

Was absolutely so disappointed with the food here, will never go back again. Ordered the chunky tom pizza which doesn't actually have chunks of tomato, and it didn't taste fresh. The chicken parmy was below average and thrown in the bin. The worst part though? The chicken nuggets and chicken chips that I got for my son. They meat was grey, smelt disgusting and I had to spit it out. NOT GOOD! (Wouldn't even give them to the dog)

Pizza used to be great, now not so much (less ingredients), but I think still the best in town.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. No love put Into it at all, skimped out on the ingredience, no crunch to the pizza whatsoever and it honestly tastes like a Coles frozen pizza put in the oven for 5 minutes. Never again will I buy this pizza and I urge all not to waste your money.

Poor service, Rude, Poorly made pizza, VERY Stingy on the toppings. Pizzas were over cooked, crusts were dark. Ordered the dangerous mushroom with EXTRA mushrooms and paid for the extra and there was barely any mushroom at all, used to be my favourite pizza but I will never order from there again.
A frozen home brand pizza has more topping!

Phone order for a gluten free base supreme. When I went to pick it up, plain base with garlic bread was my order. You are a COELIAC UNFRIENDLY BUSINESS.

Went and got an ab and all I was given was 8 chips, 3 peices of lamb and some tomato sauce. I have also tried their pizza, that's if you can call it that - all it was was a bit of cheese on bread. Sad excuse for a pizza shop.

The fact that they serve halal to cater a specific audience really deserve the utmost respect. Mushroom pizza was awesome. I'll definitely will be back, hungry for more.

Their piza's have declined in value unfortunately. Some years ago they much better and better in value.

Wouldnt recommend at all. Stingy on the toppings. Given them more than enough chances. But disappointed to the max. Miss the tea tree gully shop.
