Australia's Pizza House

Menu isnt the easiest to comprehend and there's some unfinished construction going on. Pizza is alright.

Most disgusting tasting cheese tastes like cheese from the plastic that you give your kids if your poor, 15 minute wait time turned into like 45 minutes yet i was serverd before others that waited longer, they had no idea how to punch in some of my orders and tried arguing with me as a customer about a simple question asking if they sold a garlic bread pizza, i only stated it says online you have it on the menu and wow there rude, lazy and its dreadful overall

Thoroughly disappointed with the service experience last night. Placed a phone order at 6.30 and told it would be 30 mins or maybe a little longer. The phone order itself was extremely frustrating as the operator could not understand clear requests and constantly had to ask for assistance. I arrived at 7.00 paid for the meal and was told it was not ready. At 7.15 I was told their was an ingredient missing for 1 of the meals and asked if I wanted to change it.
The meal was finally brought out at 7.45.45mins longer than I was told when placing the order.
What infuriated me the most was there was absolutely NO form of apology for the delay. Certainly took the edge off of the eating to follow.
Extremely poor result from a store we have been using for years.
Will no longer be recommending!

Don't advertise things you don't sell. I walked in with a friend originally not wanting anything then saw the advertising for milkshakes and went to order one.the girl on the register said she wasn't sure if they sold them and went out the back then came back and said they don't sell it. I was quite disappointed considering it was being advertised.had to wait 20 mins for our regular chips and gravy.chips were not completely cooked either.and a different customer got the wrong pizza

Found some metal in my food and was met with snide remarks and bad attitude from management. Wasn't expecting anything nor did I ask for any freebies but an apology would've been good, instead I got a holier than thou attitude and was made to feel as though it was my fault. Food is very average compared to other Aussie pizza houses so deleting them from my contacts is no big deal.

Lovely friendly staff however the pizza left a lot to be desired. Ordered a family size pizza with half BBQ chicken and half yiros topping. Very scarce with the toppings and compared with where we usually get our pizzas from (Andrew's BBQ inn- Port Pirie) the size was more like a large. Thankfully we were able to fill up on garlic bread to satisfy the kids hunger pains! Will definitely not be buying again which is a shame because Aussie Pizza House used to be the go to when we visited Adelaide.

One of the best reception staff I've encountered. Friendly, bubbly and clearly spoken. Had pizzas from here before and equal to most. Certainly no complaints here.

Absolutely dreadful. The 10 minute wait was more like half an hour. Chilli loaded fries was quite obviously reheated chilli from a can over soggy chips. Tasteless, cheap ingredients lazily scattered over a bland, lifeless board of pizza dough. Not to mention the unpainted and unfinished walls with screws sticking out. Maybe it will be nicer once they've finished building the place? Either way, avoid this place like the Plague and go literally anywhere else.

It may sound weird to have mango on a pizza. Some may say that wouldn't taste good. But i would definitely have it again. Pineapple got replace eith my favourite fruit. Staff are down to earth and friendly.

Tried a small schnitzel which was ok. Looks like the premises are in the process of renovating. Took a while to get my order. Might try their pizzas at some stage. So far my impressions are: ok food at a budget price.

The fact that they serve halal to cater a specific audience really deserve the utmost respect. It just means that it helps the business serve a much wider audience. Mushroom pizza was awesome. I'll definitely will be back, hungry for more.

Did a job at this place and the owner made us up a bad boy pizza. It was delicious.

Pizzas are ok but I just hope the kitchens cleaner than the front of the place that's been under reno for 2 or 3 years

40 minutes to get a cold pizza, don't come here. It's rubbish, their reply said it was because I ordered during peak delivery time? Good call, except it wasn't a delivery. I ordered in store & picked it up @ the counter wondering why is the bottom of the pizza box cold! Turned out it was because the pizza was cold, who knows how long it sat ontop of the oven while they attempted & failed to cook 5 chicken wings (the other part of the order). They were scarcely cooked, very pink inside & inedible. Raw chicken can kill people, lack of care by cooks in delivering quality food consistently kills restaurants!

Smallest pizzas i've ever had and deals were incorrect as advertized out front of the establishment itself. Nothing like it used to be. Was really dissapointed with what was once the best pizzas in SA.

I rang to complain about one of their delivery driver, who was looking at what appeared to be his mobile phone. He drove off the gutter and just missed me as I was doing my gardening. Very disappointing.

We were happy customers for a yr but in the last couple times we ordered pizza we were disapointed. 1stwe got undercooked pizza delivered, 2nd time a 90 min wait and a measly $4 discount. Sadly we wont be buying from here again

Ordered a large seafood pizza tonite.
There were 7 small pieces of prawn and 6 small seafood folds.the rest was cheese with a small amount of onion.
Extremely disappointed.

Haven't bought a pizza here for some years until last night. Last nights pizza was just as good as they always have been and at a great price. Wish i could buy them here more often.
