Not a great experience. Owner/employer was rude. Did not seem to understand what I was trying to say. 0 level of understanding and common sense.

Food was ok service was fn terrible and slow. Please learn English and how to use till before serving

There employees lack professionalism. I ordered a pasta with pepperoni pizza for takeaway and while i was going home I realised pasta spilled all over my car. Those girls don’t even know how to properly pack the food. It took me 4 hours to clean my car. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody not even to my enemies. I would give minus 1 if it was possible.

One star removed as they have decided to up the prices.
Still pretty decent pizza but not the superb value it once was.

Ordered a supreme schnitzel and hashbrowns

A late night option that tastes great. Schnitzel was juicy and the topping fresh and balanced.
Chips and wedges where crispy and the selected garlic sauce was delicious.
Hashbrowns were not greasy and was exactly what I needed at 2am

Shop needs some updating and cleaning.
But can't expect much for the prices.
Friendly staff, good cheap food.

Terrible. They totally messed my order up last night. I called and the bloke said I'll call you in 2 hours with the manager. 3 hours later and I called myself just to get into a yelling match with the "manager" Finally went in to sort it and waited for ever just for him to try deny I even ordered even after showing him my order phone call. Useless and they just talk down to you like you're a drunken degenerate and constantly try to bargain you down. No wonder the place is constantly having health and safety inspections ️ Go anywhere but Here.

The pizza shop on the West Terrace got amazing pizzas and they are providing the best service to their customers.

Drove from south down to city to buy pizza from here. I have bought pizza from here twice now. First time bought it and got wrong pizza. Today bought it for the second time and the base was not cooked properly and pizza was disgusting, it was not eatable at all, even after trying to cook it again in our home oven.

Called the store and they kept putting the phone on hold and giving the phone to one another. I asked for refund, they said they don't refund or have the authority to do. Told me they will call the manager. The manager asked them to ask why I called one hour later? (I drove home to south). They hanged up on me, I kept calling they didn't pick the phone. Then I called from my sister phone and they picked the phone. Then they told me the manager didn't pick the phone up as it is late and he has a function. After that they said the manager said he will call me tomorrow. The person I spoke to was lying and making excuses not to give refund. I asked for manager contact details and he refused. He was offering delivery and was expecting me to wait an hour again. I told him he can take the pizza back as I have ordered food from somewhere else.

They did not give refund and I have to wait for the manager to call me back.

The pizzas are disgusting and they have terrible customer service. Lying and making excuses to the customer. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

To be honest the pizza tastes about on par with a frozen oven pizza, just with better toppings. You can get better pizza for cheaper, and much better for the same price.

Ordered two pastas tonight for dinner after a massive working day. Ordered at 9 o’clock and didn’t arrive until 11: 30. We’ve had this happen before but thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Once again I was having to ring up just to get a blaze answer from the man on the phone leaving me frustrated as hell.
When the pasta finally arrived it was the biggest let down. The amatricana was swimming in sauce and the meatballs had next to none. Both tasted like they had been heated up from a frozen box you’d find in Woolies or Coles. Couldn’t even feed it to our dog.
I’m sorry but we won’t be giving them another chance.

Ordered a pepperoni with olives, jalapenos. It was delicious and exactly what I wanted and expected it to taste like.the dough here is KILLAH!

Ordered a sundae. Ask for large got given a small. Worst costumer service. Workers need to gain service/communication skills.

These guys are fantastic! Update Oct 2020, just got my pizzas today and as always I will only get them here! Thanks to a well organized staff and great pizza chef's

I have had good experiences here before but not today. I waited for 10 minutes to be served in a cigarette smelling dining room in amongst 6 other people. Not one person came out to serve. In fact you could only hear one person out the back. Left without even ordering. The menu and items on display reads as offerer of everything, master of none. Better off going to a dining venue else where in the complex.

Pizza horrible. To much topping & it's not hot enough & the base was thick & unprofessional nothing like Italian pizzas should be.

Starting to get a bit pricey, but all in all pretty decent pizza, they are also selling curries and kebabs ect, good variety of foods

Ordered a delivery, they didn't have ingredients to fulfill it but sent anyway without contact and still charged. Cheese sauce on chips was rancid/off and was spilt throughout the bag, everything covered in it includingmy doorstep. Everything was cold. Called them and received terrible customer service. I can't give less than one star, but I would. DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE VERY DRUNK.

Don't get pizza from here if you actually want sauce on your pizza. From the looks of the other reviews on here, doesn't look like big tough guy manager can handle criticism of his sub par service

Didn't feel any half decent vibes from staff, pizza is pretty disappointing, it's okay if you're working with a cennalink budget, but they go pretty skimpy on the toppings, my teeth are stained with the taste of regret.
