Australias Pizza House

We wanted pizza and pasta while in Adelaide and were not disappointed! The pizza was awesome and a great price. The pasta was cooked how I like it and it's a generous serving Will be back next time I stay

Omfg what a joke! No service terrible pizza waited 1 hour to eat then I asked for plates & got given drink trays to eat off. Don’t waste your money & time should be shut down & staff are useless & hardly speak English & there’s no toilets ffs

Agree with some of the reviews saying it’s underrated for what it is. They don’t do fancy pizza, but for somewhat old school pizza shop pizza it’s actually pretty solid and they’re cheap for what you get. Grain of salt, but one of the best mushroom pizzas in the city.

I recently visited a restaurant and had a great experience. I ordered a small pizza for take away and was impressed by how cheap the food was. The service was quick and efficient, which was great because I was in a hurry. The best thing about the restaurant is that it’s open till late, which is perfect for people who work late hours. Although the restaurant isn’t fancy, it’s definitely not disappointing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick and affordable meal.

NOT the Australias Pizza House of the old days. This place was cold and the staff rude. Ordered hotdogs with sauce and mustard. Hotdog came with mustard only, when questioned they said "yes mustard sauce" Obviously minimal training for staff.i had to explain that they are two different things. Food was very average, Lime milkshake left our mouths dark green yet still had no flavour? My daughter said it made her mouth tingle. Ive had plenty of lime milkshakes in my life and never had one like this. Food was cheap (didn't go there because of this as nothing has prices on it except pizza and pasta) When i asked how much specific things were i got told "all different prices". Service was slow, rude, and lead me to look up reviews after we left. WOW is all i can say. Will not be returning.

I ordered through Uber eats and was supposed to get a hotdog with the lot and chips bolognaise. Instead I received a pizza with the lot. I told Uber eats driver that wasn’t what I ordered and he said that’s all he was given. The gps tracking confirmed he delivered straight to me. I called the pizza house and the manager pretended he was on the phone to another customer that received my order and tried telling me it was the Uber driver lying. He then asked me not to ask for a refund as they would be charged for it. When I told them I knew they were lying to me as I watched the Uber through the app they said sorry and wouldn’t redeliver my original order. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Not only did you give the Uber driver the wrong order but you tried to blame him and then lie to the customer and not correct it. This is a disappointment as I have always received the right order and the food has always been fantastic. Not sure why I was lied to and they couldn’t just admit they made a mistake and re do my order for me.

Hello my name is Simon and I ordered a 12 inch chicken schnitzel with toppings and came with wedges which were the only nice bits as the chicken was dry and average for $25! Also had Alla Panna with penne pasta which was disgusting and tasted like the cream or possibly even the bacon pieces were off and of course we didn't eat it and the little bit that my friend ate made her feel sick and nautious for 16 hours and I honestly can't believe how they are in business serving up food not edible? I will keep everyone informed about how my obvious complaint is dealt with as I expect a full refund! Thanks for reading my review and look forward to telling everyone how part 2 goes! Bye for now!

Got the meat lovers, and it was the best pizza I've had in ages. The toppings were so plentiful the base could barely hold them. The garlic bread was great too.

Poor service.ordered pizza without onions but they delivered with onions and pizza was not hot either.

Very poor customer service from the old guy who takes the orders. He’s too harsh to his customers. 0 communication. Very poor attitude.
In overall has no respect to the customers.
Customer service is an important factor for any business.

Pizza is good, but there is short dude with way too much attitude. The another tall lady who responds to custumer quite rudely not just with me but i observed their interaction with other custumers aswell. They both are on quite short tempered and atmosphere of the place is way off with all the arguments from inside. I would love to go there but not ordering if those ppl are taking my order.

Decent pizza for the price. It's considerably better value in terms of flavour, toppings and taste over Domino's pizza.

I highly rate this place, food is always great no matter the time but I usually grab my favourite pizza on the way home from work at midnight.
Staff are lovely as and the prices haven't changes in so long.

Generally good food and service. Not much healthy options but open until late. The service is much better by the workers then the owner. He is sometimes rude and argumentative.

Worst customer service you can experience. They can’t handle when it’s busy and instead of apologising they argue with the customer.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Service was quick, they are open after midnight which is amazing, and the food was tasty. I had the King's Special and definitely felt like it was a meal fit for one. Give them a try if you are in the mood for a treat.

Had a family size pizza last night and crooked my tummy same night. This shop need to be close down for selling off ingredients as a topping to cost cutting and in the same time they charge you $26.

I've seen a customer accidentally push a holder with the juice straws in it, and a bunch of the straws got scattered around the floor so the cashier lady just picked them and put back in the holder.

I wonder if they do the same with the food?

Wait more than 45 min and they ask me could you please order again. They had some issue in their shop so, I understand and prefer to wait still after 45 min they told me to order again. Seriously guys
