Arz Charcoal Chicken

Well roasted whole chicken and skewers make this place perfect for a family outing! It's a family run business and host lady is such a wonderful person. She kept checking with us if everything was going well! Also check out their packed savouries.looked awesome!

A new find, recommended from a friend. OMG, the best Lebanese bbq food Ive found in Adels. Brought Dubai friend, he was very impressed, had to return twice. The Chicken devine, the fatoush yummy, Toum eye watering.all very good. High recommend.

Excellent flavour charcoal chicken. Quick and friendly service. Unique garlic sauce which is my favourite. Recommend to eat the flatbread quickly but the chicken stays moist and can be reheated later.

Should have read the reviews more carefully. Decided to try this today based on hearing good things about this place on Nova. Ordered the beef shawarma meal and a 1/4 chicken meal. The beef in the shawarma was so tough, salty, and pretty close to inedible - I left most of it on the plate. The chicken was better, but was a little dry and also very salty.

The only part of the meal that was OK was the chips, pita bread and dip. Customer service also needs improvement - slow when they werent even busy, and not that friendly or inviting.

Good food, but it can be a little hit and miss. Will keep going back for the time being. There are still a few things I want to try.

We hit this restaurant whenever we crave for Lebanese food. You could either dine in or take away. The food is so delicious but the service in terms of delivering can get abit slow. We've been doing take outs the last few times and overall it's good!

We always come to eat at ARZ and they never disappoint. The chicken is so tender, the wraps are amazing and the dips and unbelievably delicious.we recommend everyone to try it.

Best Lebanese food in town really friendly service and always with a smile. Genuine home cooking with hummus.

I came for lunch and I ended up Organising them to cater food for my wedding day. The restaurant is very clean and the is food beyond amazing, a great atmosphere. I highly recommended it to those who really like to try the real tastes of Lebanese food and sweets.

Perfect place to have Lebanese oriental food and smoothie, served delicious barbecue platter and sandwiches! Must visit if you are looking for the real traditional taste of Lebanon

Not so good. We didn't like most of the things ordered.we ordered beef shawarma meal, nuggets and chips, and half charcoal chicken.shawarma beef was very sour or salty, was so hard to eat. Hummus was good, pickles were normal, charcoal chicken was very dry and not much flavour. Nuggets was good, chips was not so good, little bit more cooking would have made it much better.

Not sure how this place gets such a good wrap. I live not far from this place and have been there a few times, and it is wildly inconsistent. The food is generally good although don't be surprised by cold chicken/chips or soggy salads but the service is worse than sub-standard.

I have been here a few times now. The food and service are usually pretty good with a wide variety of fresh things which is why I give it 2 stars, however, recently I experienced something that makes me want to give it zero and never go back. I ordered over the phone to pick up take away. When I got there, there was just the one guy serving and making food. This seemed odd as it was a busy time with other customers waiting there too. I got no acknowledgement from the man at all which I thought was pretty rude but patiently waited thinking its ok the food will be worth it. When he finally did make an attempt to serve me and I said I was to here to pick up my order (which I had placed around 20 mins ago!) and wanted to get some other things too he just looked at me like he had no idea what I was saying. To me he looked drunk or high, whatever he was he was not in a state to work and make food for people! He finally understood (I think) what I was ordering and said ok yes. Against my better judgement, I decided to just wait and hope it would be ok as I was really hungry by now! While he fumbled around making peoples orders, I see 2 young staff members walk out of the back into the bathrooms with very nervous looks on their faces. I got the sense that something had gone horribly wrong during service that night! Meanwhile this guy has taken an extremely long time to make our orders (and the others waiting) and was then very confused when I tried to order falafels and some other extra things from their salad bar, I literally had to talk him through putting food in the box. It was that bad and that weird. Finally we got all of our food and left. Once we got home the food was cold and terrible. The rice and lentils which should be hot was cold, the chips were cold and under cooked, the chicken cold too. Even the pickles and the other pickled veg which is usually super fresh, delicious and crunchy were soggy and gross. I have no idea what happened in that place that night but overall it was a really horrible experience with terrible food so I will never be back.

Best charcoal chicken in town brouvha, came here with my boys and got our belly full for good price.
Chicken is good size not bad.

I've gone here a few times now, some of the best charcoal chicken I've had in Adelaide. The staff are very friendly and the portions are quite large. Well worth the price for the quality you get
