Aroma's Pizza House Golden Grove

Has to be one of the worst pizza and garlic bread I’ve had for a while. Pizza wasn’t cut properly with basically no topping or sauce to be seen. Garlic bread was badly burnt could not even eat it. Definitely would not recommend.

Ordered pizza told pick up was at 635pm arrived to be told not started, understand being busy but the girl serving was so rude and basically was not her problem, most customers feeling the same pain. At least be understanding in these hard times

I really used to enjoy the pizza from here but of late I’ve noticed they do tend to vary in quality some times the base can be under done and sometimes very over done but whatever herb is shaken and used to flavour the vegetarian pizza I really don’t like, it’s awful and the pizza is very bland in flavour: (it is used so excessively and tastes like basil or oregano or something but the whole pizza tastes the same and the Napoletana sauce you use on the base is very watery and lacking flavour & salt. Not sure what happened but used to really enjoy it, new pizza chefs or something?

Really odd and I hope a one off, normally superb pizzas. Doughy soggy centre, usual generous toppings nowhere to be seen. Cheap processed ham and new bland mozzarella being used. Maybe a one off, like I stated normally superb pizzas.

I ordered pizzas, ribs and wings. The pizzas and ribs were great. BUT all the wings were raw which was very disappointing. Expecally paying that much money.

We ordered two large pizzas tonight, The Special and The Hawaiian.
They were sooo good! So good in fact. I had to write this review on saying how good they were!

First timer and now regular, delivery on time, girl on the phone was so nice and pizza was so yummy.

I believe this is Golden Grove most underrated pizza bar. Very good friendly service. Very accommodating people here. All round good experience.

The most disgusting shop I've ever seen! There were dead flies all on the floor and behind the counter along with flood, black mold in the fridge with the drinks! The lady that was making the pizza's wasn't even wearing gloves. Don't know how this place passed its health inspection.

Driver got lost 1 hour 30 min is kind.
Pizza cold, pay top dollar and 2x phone calls to find the pizza l called they did not call me? No not HAPPY

I only have Vegetarian Pizza with Barbeque Sauce on the base ‐ this wouĺd have to be the "Absolute Best" I have ever had. Lots of toppings, not too cheese - yum! Plan oñ returning next timè I am in Goĺden Grove.

Pizza was very sloppy not much flavor disappointed tonight.
Will have to go back to my old pizza bar from now

They only offer takeaway or delivery, but they make the best pizzas around. Capriccosa is my favourite and they're so moist. Delicious.

We've ordered there for AGES (and weekly!) and the pizza is amazing. Not happy about recent customer service. They trucked up up our order and upon phoning up the chick couldn't give any 'f's. '.
We had a phone call back and they offered to rectify.
A1 product but staff could use some training in customer service. We'll probably reconsider and find another local business in future because of this experience.

I've driven past aroma's many times but haven't eaten their pizzas. I ordered a pizza with uber eats last night. It was so delicious I will be ordering again

Nearly 2 hours since we ordered. Have been trying to check on the delivery status, but either the phone rings until disconnect, once it sounded like somebody answered and then hung up, and another time we were asked to please hold and then hung up on.

Other recent reviews here of similar experiences certainly point to issues at the store that need to be fixed.

Quite enjoy the pizzas from here however tonight I was little disappointed as half my small hawaiian was quite burnt. Should have cooked it on aloha temperature

I tried to order pizzas from there website twice today with no luck so then I rang them directly, i was put on hold and forgotten about.
So I then rang them again! An told them of the previous issues they then told me to try again with a online order.
That is about a half an hour of my life i wont get back again WHAT A JOKE.
This is a unfortunate experience and they need to look at there ordering system.

Ordered through menu log. Was told wait would be around an hour and due at 7: 10. Cool. 7: 20 i called aroma pizza to find out how far away my pizza is, the girl who answered huffed when i asked and then when coming back from being put on hold she tells me she cant find my name so the pizza must be on its way (no checking system to see if it even got ordered properly or nothing!?). Not really holding my cofidence if you dnt no where my pizza is at! Its now 7: 30 and im still waiting ‍️

LAST NIGHT WE USED AROMA FOR THE FIRST TIME. HAD MEDIUM BBQ CHICKEN AND MEDIUM MEDITERRANEAN. PIZZAS WERE ABSOLUTELY FULL WITH TOPPING AND WERE BLOODY LUUUUUVELY. WILL DEFINITELY HAVE AGAIN.
