Aroma's Pizza House Golden Grove

We were intending to make this our local pizza shop - BUT the shop was grubby, the customer service non-existent, we purchased a with the lot pizza $26.90 - it was terrible - tasted far too salty - the base was too thin - it was thrown out - very disappointed - will not be back - need some lessons in making an authentic Italian pizza!

This pizza shop is incredibly generous with their toppings! They don't hold back on piling a variety of delicious ingredients onto their pizzas. From mouthwatering meats to fresh, crisp veggies, each bite is a flavorful adventure. The crust is just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the cheese is perfectly melty. I tried a pizza shop and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pizza was delicious. The crust was crispy, the sauce was tasty, and the toppings were fresh. I recommend this place to anyone who wants great pizza in a friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

This pizza shop is my favourite and it’s so close to me. Got a gourmet seafood tonight and it was absolutely packed with topping and just the right amount of anchovies. Keep up the great work and quality pizzas. You’re doing a great job!

These are the best pizza's I've ever had.
Always top quality & full of fresh toppings.
They remind me of when I was a young lady, when you could buy a real pizza.

Been using this restaurant ever since they opened and have always been happy with them and their service, until tonight.

2 hours I waited for my order, 2 hours. When I ordered the lady told me it would be less than an hour. After 1 and a 1/2 hours I had to call them to find out where my order was, the guy was really short with me, not even offering a sorry and then told me that the order had already left (which was a lie). The order did not arrive for another 1/2 hour when I live a 3 minute drive from the restaurant. When the driver came to my door again not so much as a sorry and offered no discount on the meal. I refused to pay and when he rang his store manager she offered to discount or anything and still wanted to charge me full price, which I refused to do.

I then rang the store and asked to speak to the manager and I was put on hold, the same girl came back to the phone and I again asked to speak to the manager. After being through this a couple of times it became apparent that the manager was to cowardly to deal with the customer herself.

This has left a bitter taste in my mouth for many reasons, perhaps being lied to and told that the order had already left when it hadn't is up there but most of all because I have been a loyal customer to Aroma pizza since the day they opened and have bought meals from them many times over the years. I supported this restaurant from day one and have written many glowing reviews for them when they were first getting started.

Unfortunately though this will be my last ever experience with Aroma pizza and I will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Terrible. Only provided half my order through Uber. Had to go to their store to work it out, negating the uber experience (and therefore it's associated costs) and also my time. Only thing I got was a pretty meek apology. That costs nothing. Their stuff up cost me time and money. Hopeless. Stay clear.

Little gem of a pizza place. We have been living in the area for some years and didn't know it existed but now we do it's our go to for Pizza.

Wowza what an awesome experience the pizza is soooooo good we got Hawaiian, lamb yiros, margarita, pepperoni highly recommend beats the local Cafe pizza by far thank you for the killa pizza from the gruber family we be back and making it our local

My local pizza bar never disappoints. Online ordering is dearer I've found though. Best to ring your order through (if the phone line isn't playing up).

Awesome pizza! Asked for a chicken Caesar salad, came just as a Caesar salad. The Croutons are always burnt or stale/cold. So if you order the salad I recommend getting them without because I asked for not burnt Croutons this time and they came as stale instead.

Whats with the price. 2 of the smallest pizzas and a smal garlic pizza with a discount comes to $70.get real

I love the pasta I haven't had a pizza from them yet but it is very popular worth going here to eat!

OMG! The most delicious and fresh pizza we’ve had for a long time. Everything was fresh, fresh, fresh! Olives were real kalamarta olives. Fresh pineapple! Lots of chewy cheese. Absolutely tops!

The delivery driver got lost, couldn't follow my instructions very well. And a pizza I ordered wasn't what I exactly asked for. Rang the shop up and the girl said I always read back the order when it's taken. She wouldn't give me a credit. What happened to the customer is always right rule, when in doubt go back to rule number 1. Wont be ordering there again.

Very disappointed in Aroma Pizza Bar.
We have been regular customers for many years and never complained, however last night we spent almost $100 on 3 pizzas for them to arrive:

- Our party size Pizza was so sloppy and the dough was so undercooked it was uneatable.
- It also had toppings missing that we had paid extra to have added.
- One whole large pizza was black and burnt.

The most disappointing thing is that when I called to give feedback on our order, the woman on the phone wasn't overly helpful stating that I would need to speak to a manager the following day. When I asked for the name of the manager who would be calling me back, she told me that she was not authorised to give me his name. The following day I heard from the supposed manager who was only prepared to offer us 1 x free large Pizza on our next order. When I explained that we had a whole party size AND a large size Pizza that was wrong + uneatable and we would like both pizzas replaced on our next order, they flatly refused. I politely asked if I could speak to the store owner to be told "the store owner doesnt want to deal with this". He pretty well said to me that the store owner would rather loose our business than to replace both the Large and the Party size pizza's THEY had stuffed up. He also said "I don't know your pizza's were in the condition you say they were in because I wasn't working last night" and mentioning a 'policy' which is NOT stated on their brochure that we ordered from nor stated when you call to place the order. I then told the manager that I have photographs of the pizzas, to which he told me he would speak to the store owner and either he, the manager or the store owner would call me back - I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM EITHER OF THEM.

This is appalling customer service. Certainly no way to treat regular paying customers who's order you blatantly stuffed up! Shame on you Aroma Pizza, I hope the loss of business was worth the replacement pizza you wrongfully denied us.

Honestly one of the best pizza places I have ever come across. Stumbled across them by accident but after 4x 10 out of 10 experiences with delicious, hot, fresh pizza with perfect base and quality topping I won’t go past them now in TTG area. Lovely friendly service too and very reasonably priced for such amazing quality. Yum
