Ardrossan Seafood & Schnitzels

We ordered the chicken schnitzel burger with the lot and it was delicious. It was a real old school burger, haven't had a better one in about 20 years. We will be back for sure!

Come into your shop yesterday during the day, and it was just a bloke with tattoos out the front. He seemed under the pump but spoke to everyone welcoming as he could despite being under pressure and got there food out as quick as he could, and he cooked my calamari pack to perfection, will definitely be back.

Food is good but knowing it's school holidays and 3 day weekend, not impressed! $ 7 dollars of chips and 2 schnitzel packs. Would you not have thought ahead and got more surplus!
$7 dollars chips was a kids handful at most.

We popped in here to get tea there was only one guy on at the time but he did great with greeting us and getting our food in a timely manner thankyou

Best fish and chips and prawns on the Yorke Peninsula! Absolutely loved the soft seafood with crunchy batter, chips cooked to perfection, only took 7 minutes to wait, perfect

I have been here several times and every time I go the food is fantastic. Always a highlight when going over to Ardrossan. Cannot fault this place. Great customer service and fantastic food. I've been to a lot of fish and chip spots on the yorke peninsula and this is the best one.

We go there a lot and usually the food Is average nothing special unless ayu is on. Today when we came in we got our food as usual once food was served we left the shop to go eat upon opening our food our burgers had nothing we ordered on them. I am a Muslim man and specifically ordered a burger with nothing but chicken and mayo. My burger came with bacon egg and onion which I didn’t order. Chips were good as usual but the chicken and other items was disappointing as the food was greasy

Delicious fresh King George Whiting, which hubby devoured. My Calamari rings and prawns were scrumptious. Chips lovely and crisp. So pleased your lovely shop is so close to the Caravan Park.

Very disappointed with our lunch of fish n chips and a couple of other fried things, it was all soooo greasy, batter was terrible! Couldn’t even eat it. Also a simple request to wrap our meal was denied as he said “I’ve already used packaging” We were here two years ago and it was awful, was hopeful it had improved… but it hasn’t!

Friendly customer service. Food exceeded our expectations. Chips were golden with a perfect amount of crisp, fish was nice and fresh. Good sized portions. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back sometime:)

I've been to the capital of Fish n Chips being Yorkshire, England recently in June this year. Everywhere I went I had to judge the quality. Leeds market came up the best in the world with the Ardrossan Fish n Chip shop (and schnitzels) coming up a very close second. But in Oz they were the best I've had anywhere. Awesome thanks.

Best place for fresh and beautifully cooked fish and seafood my 4 yr old loved the chips n gravy, chips are crunchy and delicious. Very satisfying. Highly recommend passing by!

Finally someone who has a passion in seafood and chips they use local caught seafood and the batter on their fish is just oh my gosh delightful! A must do duck in place on your list.

Excellent fish! It was outstanding! We got garfish and king George and it was all time. Service to back it up! Five stars from us! Drop by on the way out that’s for sure!

Very friendly staff, amazing food. Never over cooked. And cater for the fussiest eaters like myself. You can dine out side atm. You can slowly hire crabbing stuff from them. Great little shop

Went here for dinner while on holidays, had schnitzels with chips and gravy. The schnitzels were huge, good size serve of chips and gravy. Couldn't eat it all. Will be back.

Picked up some chip to have w our dinner when staying at c park over the rd.very clean & tidy shop.the chips were the best we have had in years.crisp & tasty
